    The food was almost inedible. The pasta was mush. The burratta was hard. The meat sauce on the polenta was weird. I have been to Eataly before but this was a terrible experience.

    We had a lovely dining experience the other night. My only comment was that our food all came out very fast. Usually oysters came out first. Then warm appetizers then mains. My oysters arrived after the warm starters. And our mains were brought to the table when my partner was not at the table. So his was slightly colder when he did get back. We both work in the industry so these are the small things we noticed.

    It was quite loud with how close the tables were to each other. Close enough for me to understand the conversation next to us. Our waiter took a while to get our drink and food order. Felt like he forgot us honestly. Food was good but I wish the entrees came at the same time so the pasta wasn’t cold when the pizza came. Wine was great!

    What a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday! The food was incredible, the service was THE BEST. Our server was top notch. I will definitely be going back even by myself to just enjoy! Best pizza since New York, the pasta and the risotto balls !

    Food is delicious, tricolore salad, spinach taglietelle pasta, pizza, etc. For that they get 10 out of 10. BUT, they stopped offering whole fish from the Pescheria and didn't tell anyone, then act like it's been years since they did. I have pics from my dinner a few months ago. The manager made an exception so kudos to her with the lovely blue hair. Would've been nice to know ahead of time they separated from the Pescheria. Front staff are new and confused. Booked a window seat days ahead but said they can't accommodate, even though they gave all the window seats minutes before we came. Odd that you can't get a tea, just espresso, and a piece of tiramisu...nothing else.

    Service was great. The waiter recommended 4 items and those are the ones we ordered Pizza GREAT Ravioli-- ONE OF THE BEST Steak Tartar- Very Good Salad- MEH!!! Overall. Great experience..

    I loved the Food and all the flavors! This place does have 3 restaurants within the spaces which is also a chic super market! (At first you think you were lost) It was different. We didn't feel like we were in the middle of a supermarket at all. After dinner we walked around the market and found a dessert stand! I honestly don't agree with the most of the google reviews for this place! I am very picky with how I review places !

    The food was okayish but didn’t pursue me to be a big fan :( We tried Rose - which was classic, bruschetta, Risotto balls & Ravioli. I would have appreciated if the hostess had been friendly and more professional. We informed her that it’s our first time & a little kindness would have helped our evening to be much nicer. We had booked for a special occasion and it would have been more thoughtful if they had planned out better place. Otherwise why bother to mention when booking a reservation what it’s for? Also after telling server - she didn’t mind wishing us. Lol. Ambiance was nice & well kept. But I would definitely think before visiting next time since I felt customer service was lacking & thought it definitely could have been improved.

    We enjoyed eating at the La Piazza counter with our teenage daughter. The DJ was great. Food was great. Would be great to add a gluten-free pasta and/or pizza option tho, so all can indulge at Eataly.

    Eataly should train its staff to answer the phones and/or return messages within a reasonable period. I called on Thursday to Trattoria Milanese and La Piazza to enquire about accommodating a food allergy for a person in our party and left voice mails for both as neither restaurant answered the phone. I then called GUEST RELATIONS (capitals intended) and left a message because they did not answer the phone. As of today (Sunday), no one has called back. Our party took a chance and dined at La Piazza on Friday night. The menu for the person with the allergy was extremely limited, which we would have appreciated knowing in advance. Left a bad taste despite the rest of the dining experience.

    Came here for lunch on a work day. Host was very nice and pleasant. The food was amazing and the easier was very nice. The only thing I would say is that it did take us some time to get the bill which made me and my colleagues late returning to work. Otherwise I would highly recommend and will definitely return (most likely after working hours).

    Even though we had a high-top table reservation, we were led to the bar. Fortunately, there was a high-top that needed to be cleaned and we were then seated there. Service was friendly, but staff were busy.

    Someone helped me add 2 guests to our reservation even though it was full online, so I appreciated that. The bartender was friendly and helped us make our order with recommendations. Our drinks and food were super tasty and we left satisfied

    It had been since before the pandemic when I last visited Eataly and I found that things had suffered in the interim. The tricolore salad was overdressed with an almost flavorless dressing and the salad greens, straight out of the fridge, were wilted and soggy. Not particularly appetizing. My partner and I both ordered pizzas which, and I might be wrong here, seemed to larger prior to the pandemic. That aside, my Salsiccia was good but my partner complained that her Margherita was almost devoid of topping which I agreed with. Overall it was a disappointing lunch.

    Went for winterlicious and half price bottle of wine of Wednesdays. Reservation was for 6:15pm, and was shocked that three of the seven bottles included in the promotion (the ones that were the better deal), they were all out of. If it was 9pm at night I think I would be more understanding.. but found it a little irritating that all the wines that were a good deal were sold out already at the beginning of dinner service. If you’re going to promote a good deal, you should have stock….. Food was good otherwise.

    Eataly has always been a wonderful place to visit, but I would hesitate to eat at this restaurant again. The food was very good, as was the enthusiastic service, but all the hard surfaces made it impossible to hear one another, and conversation difficult. We go to a restaurant not only to eat but also to enjoy one another's company. I would be cautious about recommending this restaurant to a friend.

    The wait staff was very good, but our initial host seemed a little out of it. My friend had to repeat my name several times and spell it out for him before he finally showed her to our table. the fusilli was good, but a little expensive, I felt.

    Our server was fantastic and she did well considering how busy she was. 5 stars for her. I asked for a standard table that was away from any doors, we got a high top at the busiest corner. I could write this place off just based on that fact - ZERO attention to detail. While the food tasted decent as always, the summerlicious menu was the most limited one I’ve ever come across. I dislike their wine list because it consists of either overpriced wine that’s mediocre in quality or obscure wine that tastes weird. We ordered a bottle of red and opted for the winterliciouslicious I was served the wrong appetizer first so my friend had to wait on eating hers while the server corrected my order. I love anchovies and I love bruschetta but what this place serves was too salty and I could not eat any more than half of it. Main course gnocchi was delicious. Tiramisu was too heavy. The menu had ZERO cohesion as none of the 3 courses paired well together in any combination.

    Extremely disappointing experience. One main arrived 15 minutes after the first one. I was done my meal before my companion even received their meal. We were told that this is common as the mains come from different kitchens. And they were surprised that we said it shouldn’t be 15 minute difference even if they come from different kitchens. ‘Dani’ doubled down on the excuses. Not sure why they couldn’t admit that this was a mistake and unacceptable.
