This was by far our worst experience here. Service was terrible, food was over done for 2 of the 3 of us and bread was stale. Had to ask for drinks and seemed like we were inconveniencing the server. This is my first lousy review however warranted. The manager did not making any attempts to improve the situation. So disappointing.

A bit of a disappointment. We’ve been several times before with excellent experiences so our expectations reflected that. Our server was inexperienced and had just a slight edge. But it wasn’t just that. The god was lacking too. Our appy came so fast we didn’t have ours drinks yet. Our main was cold and, quite honestly, uninspired. Our dessert arrived long before our coffee - to the point where we had finished it before the coffees arrived. When they did they were luke warm so they had obviously been sitting around ignored. Given the prices and overall brand - this was a fail.

Energetic, fun atmosphere. Very good service. Good cocktail and wine menu. Appetizer was under seasoned and quite tasteless. Pizza was greasy with way too much cheese.

We arrived 15 minutes early for our 6:15 reservation at the bar, but were seated immediately. The server behind the bar was obviously very busy, but took our order promptly and we were served our wine, and then a couple of starters, quite quickly considering it was a busy evening. The food (focaccia rossa and barbabietole) was tasty, although I found the focaccia got a bit wet from the tomato sauce covering the top of it. The beet salad was delicious! Our server was gracious, professional, and helpful. Will definitely go back!

I have been several times and find the service is disjointed and on the decline. While I understand it’s busy I see multiple staff walking around. I saw a manager asking another person if we had been served, the gentleman didn’t know and then came 10 mins later to ask if we had been served. In the meantime we had to ask for our server since we had waited 20 mins before putting in a drink order. As someone who worked as a server I am not impressed when so many people ignore the problem: the manager could have come over to us himself, the second gentleman as well, or the many many bussers and servers coming by our table Food and wine are great but the service was not up to a standard it should be

Although we had a reservation and we were in time our table was not ready, we had to wait 10 mins as they still had to set the table. I ordered a pasta with beef short ribs, there was 2 flakes of beef used and did not seem good value for the over $30 price. The waiter never followed up on the meal. I have been at Eataly a few times before, it seems they are going down in customer service and quality control in the food. Not good value or service from my recent visit.

The Server was not well informed on the Fixed Price Menu and she did not check in on us regularly. Also - it was a special occassion - as marked on the OpenTable App when I booked - but the Server did not take any notice of it (Birthday).

We asked for a bowl of olives and a cheese plate without meat. Neither available. But olives available with a Martini and a cheese plate is available only with meat. The "Italian" beer is from Toronto, not Italy. This place is far from authentic. Don't bother if you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant with friendly service.

The Fixed Price menus were excellent and the food was top notch, unfortunately there weren't enough servers - though ours was lovely. The noise level was a bit too high anit was a bit cold sitting against the window. Considering how expensive restaurants are nowadays this was excell value for money and I am going to book again!

Been here many times, with great experiences, which is why we keep coming back. Tonight, service was disjointed and not up to normal standards. Food delivered at different times, with no sense of who was eating what, server seemed overwhelmed - had to ask for Parm cheese, pepper and spoon for pasta. Pasta sauce was also not up to normal standards - too dense on the tomato - tasted more like tomato paste than sauce.

The food was very good, service was ok. The timing on the food was terrible. My wife received her app 10 before mine came. Then our mains arrived half way through us eating our apps.

My brothers and I wanted a casual lunch to discuss some business. The quality of the food really elevated our meeting. The selection of raw fish was very impressive, both the quality of the seafood and the garnishes. The arancini were notable for their mushroom risotto filling and for their excellent crunch and internal temperature. Our pizzas came to us right out of the oven and the heat increased the aroma of the toppings, and the mixture of flavours. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It was a great lunch. We will probably be trying a more substantial meal at the Tuscan restaurant in the Eataly complex.

This is a local restaurant, which we enjoy along with the other restaurants and services at Eataly . The addition of a few fish choices on the menu was welcome and the service as always is attentive. The delivery of food is not rushed but prompt, and you never feel that you must leave immediately after eating . This is a nice place to walk around after the meal - to grab a coffee or buy some groceries.

Jose’ our server made our birthday celebration outstanding. He was kind, attentive and friendly. I had previously had the pleasure of eating at Eataly but it was my friends first time. The food was delicious and the wine was superb! We both left closing the restaurant and appreciative of Jose’ making the evening and dining that more special!

Perfect table overlooking Bay Street, the weather was lovely, the food delicious and everyone has to have the tequila cocktail l'offerta. Excellent!

A nice dinner out, but a little ridiculous that after spending almost $250 for 2 people we couldn't get a regular or any coffee or tea (they only serve espresso) with our dessert. It was suggested we go down to the cafe on the first floor. That's ridiculous.

Excellent service and quality ingredients. My ongoing beef with this restaurant, is that they won’t serve milk with your coffee…you can order an americano, but if you want milk with it, you are invited to get up and go to their café within the same building. Very aggravating after you drop $250 for lunch.

We were a party of four and one appetizer came way before the other three. Then the other three followed. The entrees two came together. Then one more then the final entree. People felt obligated to wait and let their food get cold waiting for others to get their dish. Wait was quite long Service was good. Food was good. Place was clean and bright.

Although the food was good there was a huge delay in meals coming to the table. One meal, the fish of the day, arrived promptly however the mushroom ravioli did not come to the table until more than 25 minutes after this. They did say when we ordered that they came from different kitchens and there could be a slight delay but this was a little crazy. As compensation there was an apologize and one complimentary dessert. Although the food was good when it came it was a little embarrassing for my guest and they felt they could not start their meal until my order came. I guess the lesson is not to order at the Piazza meals that are prepared in different kitchens. This would lead me not to book there again.
