   The Sheraton Laval is one of the few jewels we have for the Sunday brunch. We went there to celebrate my birthday. As usual, service and food is impeccable at this hotel, the staff is ensuring that you feel at home at all times.

   Celebrated my birthday on 11 Feb 23 at La Piazza. Hadn't been there since pre pandemic. It was completely renovated. It looks great, the food was excellent and the service was good but they need to step up when it comes to clearing the dishes. We often came back to our table with a new plate and the previous plate wasn't cleared. I have ONE disappointment where the music is concerened. They used to have a live band and the music was really, really good and it had a great vibe. Now, it's a DJ and the music is sub par, not the same at all....very disappointing. BRING BACK THE LIVE BAND that was there for many years.

    La carte de vins ne m'a jamais été offerte. Verre d'eau remplis une seule fois. Reçu la corbeille de pain en même temps que le repas. La serveuse ne s'est absolument pas occuppée de nous.

    L'endroit est agréable, musique live toute la soirée, très plaisante et appréciée. Le service affable et souriant, sans plus (ex. verre d'eau rempli une seule fois en 2h). La nourriture (buffet gastronomique du Samedi) est abondante et très bien présentée, mais clairement pas à la hauteur du prix - les desserts sont beaux en apparence... mais très médiocres au final (du Jell-O aux raisins, vraiment??) À noter que... J'ai fait une réservation sur OpenTable en spécifiant que nous fêtions un anniversaire le soir même, mais arrivés à l'accueil notre réservation n'était pas dans leur livre. Pas bien grave, le resto était presque vide à son ouverture, on nous a assigné une table sans problème, mais personne n'a souligné l'événement que nous fêtions... complètement passé sous le radar.

    They increased the price from $35-40 to $75 without making any changes whatsoever. The food selection leaves much to be desired. We had to walk through two private parties to reach the buffet it was so uncomfortable. We were so excited and left so disappointed, absolutely not even close to being worth $75.

    We had to cancel our lunch because we thought this was a conventional brunch and since i arrived 15 minutes before time, i had to wait at least 10 min. before being offered a simple coffee...and another 5 minutes to have some milk for it. It was just like eating at the airport or in a hall somewhere...not very inviting for the 4 of us !

    What a great night. We celebrated our neices birthday with a very nice antipasto plate featuring cured meats, shrimp, calamari, meatballs and grilled vegetables with olives and one fantastic salmon tartare…oh so good….followed by salad then cavatelli with amatriciana sauce They can do special requests especially with a day’s notice or right at the restaurant

    La nourriture était délicieuse, mais vraiment excellente, malheureusement la quantité était excessive, nous aurions pû être facilement deux couples à manger ces plats. Nous aurions aimé rapporter le surplus a la maison, mais on ne nous l'a pas suggéré. Nous retournerons avec plaisir, puisque nos meilleurs souvenirs sont rattachés à votre hôtel, nous nous y sommes mariés le 15 novembre 2003.

    The place was not very busy as most people are not running to eat out yet during this Covid 19 crisis, However the service was fantastic and they showed their appreciation to us offering us desert on the house. The food was good but a very limited choice of appetizer and main dish available, I imagine all due to restaurant just reopening.

    Impressive display of buffet dinner. The service was excellent. We waited for 15 minutes for our 2 glasses of white wine. The waiter apologized. We received our 2 glasses of wine for absolutely free (because of delay due to the place was filled with a good size crowd). Let's just say, that was impressive! We will return for another buffet in the near future! Of all my dinning at different restaurants, I never receive free glasses of wine! Beautiful. We were impressed with the display of food. So fresh and enjoyable. I hereby recommend this restaurant for it's quality of food and service.

    Bonjour. Je prends ces quelques minutes pour vous faire un commentaire Nous avons réservé notre place sur internet quelques heures avant de passer chez vous Nous avons été reçu par le maître d’hôtel qui ressemblait plutôt à un pit bull prêt à mordre Nous disant que notre réservation ne pouvait pas être bonne puisque les resto était complet depuis une semaine. L’autre Maitre d’hôtel ou gérant a finalement trouvé une place. Les repas chauds étaient froids. Les fromages secs. Probablement couper trop à l’avance Le service plus qu’ordinaire nous avons dû demander 4 fois pour avoir un jus d’orange. Le bar à pâtes ... 2 gars qui jasse devant des plats avec 5 6 pâtes froides et raides j’ai du les déranger pour avec du jambon. Le repas à la carte est arrivé froid aussi. On m’a proposé de le changer mais j’en avait plus qu’assez La table à dessert invitante mais les gâteau étaient gelés Pour un endroit chic c’est vraiment désolant 128$ à la poubelle Bien à vous Michèle Gingras
