   Even with a reservation our table was 30 minutes late, hostess kept telling us it would be just 1 or 2 more minutes. Would go for the 2 for 24$ deal but otherwise not worth it.

   Fried zucchini app not so good, but the Bucatini pasta was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had in Toronto!

   Didn't start off well as we arrived 15 minutes early and were told very rudely to come back closer to the time. The service was ok but they didn't wait till we were both finished to clear the plate. We felt very rushed as the food came really fast. The pizza was not very hot. It felt like it sat for a while

   Delicious food super busy and somewhat rushed Didn’t get any additional drinks but wanted some. Good to check out for sure. Careful of the continuous suggestions to upsize your order with the add ones from the cart that comes around.

    Eataly should present the best of the Italian cuisine, and since it opened the quality has been only going down. It is clear that who is cooking doesn't know the plates they are trying to reproduce.

    We enjoyed our visit to La Pizza & La Pasta in Eataly. The food was delicious, the service was on point and open-air atmosphere of the restaurant was fun and engaging. We have eaten there a couple of times and would definitely come back.

    From now until early April $25 prix fixe - great value, perfect choices between starters & mains....run don't walk. Catch a movie while you're at it!😋

    Waitress never asked us if we needed anything. We had to ask for water. Never brought bread. Never asked if we wanted any drinks. We had other staff bring us our items including the bread. Had other staff clean off our table because of all the dirty dishes. Had to wait for bill. Had to ask another staff member for our bill. The waitress brought us our bill. It was incorrect over 50 dollars too much. She corrected it. Your food is always excellent at your restaurant. We have never had service like this before. Thanks

    Looks like just because part of Italy is in their name, they can put the prices higher. They an option 24$/ 2 courses. I choose the pasta and a pizza; but i could chose salad only with any salads from the me the dishes. So far not impressed and for sure it snit worth of the money that they are asking doe this “italy”

    Great experience - this place is more than just a restaurant and worth your time. We shopped & had a glass of wine while waiting for our table, fun time. Food was really good, it’s a bit noisy but worth it

    Emma our service was absolutely fantastic. Very nice and kind, quick and efficient! Food was great too and decent value. Eataly its self is nice, but generally very busy and makes getting a round a little cumbersome. Also took about 10 min after our reservation to be seated. Overall I’d recommend!

    Waiter Reed was rude. He interrupted our conversation for us to pay, and waited over me while my friend was having me read a text…. Hovering - I dint stop reading. He still waited . Until I said ‘can you give us a few minutes?’ He left in a tizzy. He did not come back. Someone else had to check us out. He was within 10 feet the whole time. 😞

    the only thing is that i had a reservation and had to wait like 10 mins to get seated. pizza also came a little burnt. but otherwise, it was delicious and the service was really fast and our waitress was nice

    Made a reservation on Open Table for 7. Did not get our table until 7:25. Waited 10 minutes to give drink order. 2/3 dishes were good. Third was cold in the middle and managements response was to reheat it. Server was much more apologetic. Did take that item and drink off the bill, but the managers attitude was so poor… I don’t think I could ever go back. Also noted we we’re celebrating a birthday on Open Table reservation… but none of the staff acknowledged it. Very disappointing.

    The space is a bit too chaotic. Servers did not seem organized at all. It’s fine for a quick meal but don’t go here during lunch hour with kids.

    Wonderful place, the table that was reserved for me was very cozy and gave such a romantic vibe, with a beautiful scenario from the window on our side. The menu is very traditional, with different types of Italian food with excellent tastes. I would also like to praise the waiter for his cheerful and communicative behavior and also his clear and intelligent speech about the menu the house provides. 5/5 - will definitely come visit more times

    The 'Lo Spaghetto Al Pomodoro' is so simple yet is is so delicious. My daughter and I always get the 'Barbabietole' salad and this pasta dish. And we were tempted to try the pizza but we love the pizza by the slice (served in another area), so again we stuck to our tried and true choices. And once again, we loved it. The service is excellent. The servers work together so one can ask any of the servers for extra cheese, etc. I like that they leave the water bottle on the table (so we can pour it as needed since the glasses are so small). The only thing I would say they are consistently doing that we don't like is serving the entrée too quickly. Two days in a row - we weren't finished our salad and the entrée arrived. We felt very rushed.

    Stood in front of two hosts chit chatting for 5 minutes as if we were not standing in front of them. One of them was sooo rude eye rolled at us she looked absolutely miserable no desire to be at work. Looked as if she had worked there for a long time and runs the show.Put a bad taste in our mouth right off the bat. Customer service is number 1 and she sure should not be your first impression. Food was good. Pasta portions were small. The servers however were great happy, friendly.

    What an amazing place. Live abroad now and haven’t been there since lockdown so it was great to see it bustling!! We were a huge group of ten with kids and allergies and the waitress was so attentive and patient although it was so busy! The food was amazing and the portion sizes perfect.

    -Food very simple, not as competitive as - terroni for pasta dishes -Margherita pizza pretty good, decent portion size! -Service, minimal, you have to ask for cracked pepper or other stuff the do not just offer it -menu needed to offer some vegetarian fresh/fresca pasta options outside of gnocchi, only available in secca (dry, prepackaged)

    The host was not very warm. We waited for an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. The hosts watched us wait for an hour in front of the restaurant while they laughed and joked around. Idk how they didn’t notice we had been waiting for too long when we were right in front of them. When I went up for the 3rd time to ask why I was waiting for an hour when I had a reservation the hostess with the bleached eyebrows said, “sorry you can sit now, it’s cause there was a shift change” even though we had approached her specifically 3 times to ask… I thought the nicer a restaurant is and the more you pay for your food, the better the service would be, but this was not that case. food and waiters were good.

    Been there before, the food was as desired, the price was acceptable, I was surprised that we didn't receive a tiny cake as our reservation asked "special occasion" & I input wife's birthday. She didn't want a song but would have enjoyed a tiny cake to finish off our enjoyable meal. We have recommended Eatally to family & friends & will return ourselves.

    Ordered the pizza capricciosa and it was outstanding. The flavour brought me back to Italy. Worth every bite! The pasta cacio e pepe was excellent, however the portion was a little meagrely ( especially for a man) and the price. You could throw in an extra 10 grams of raw pasta… Overall everything was excellent!
