One cannot ask for more when dining out. Our wonderful server Ella was attentive at all times and took great care of us. Food was wonderful, the truffle pasta is a must!! Will be coming again soon !!!!

The best pasta/pizza my wife and I had in a while since moving from NYC. We ordered the gnocchi with sausage and the pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, cheese, basil and the spicy salami. Both were delicious, will go back again for another date night!

Waiter was very friendly and efficient! Food was sooo good, tasted like when we were in Italy. Lot of stuff to eat and buy at each level of the Eataly store! We need more Eataly in Canada 😜

the food was good, thats all i can say in terms of that. although our pasta was not served the same the last time we visited. the service was horrible, our server never paid attention and didn’t grab our plates once they were done, he just stared at them and kept walking. this is the worst time i’ve been here.

A surprise get together with an old friend and her now grown up daughter….. What a great spot to eat great food, have some craft beer and spend the afternoon chatting. We were well looked after…. We were left alone enough to have time & space to relax and talk.

Over-priced average food. A very small bowl of gnocchi and a glass of wine came to $50. The gnocchi was vegetarian. Had a bit of pesto sauce in it. Overall dry and tasteless.

Food was good but ridiculously overpriced. You could eat better elsewhere and for much cheaper. It's a novelty place. I will definitely not return here to eat at the restaurant section. However, I would come back to buy items from the supermarket area.

Be sure to make a reservation at this popular spot. Our dinners were delicious chosen from am extensive menu of pastas and pizzas. Service was friendly and efficient. It can get noisy on weekends.

Very happy to see new additions to the menu. Loved the suppli, fried artichokes, Margherita pizza and the fettuccine with the truffle butter. We also ordered the pizza with provolone and n’juda but that was very wet. The pizza needs much less tomato sauce. Our service was excellent. We went at 2 PM so we were not rushed at all.

Took our grandchildren for a Friday night dinner. Server excellent. Pizza wasn’t worth the money. Would not order again. Meatballs/ mushroom pasta excellent/ kids enjoyed their pizza. Costly for kids!

Hi. We were in 6 people and only the pizza was VERY good. Gnocchi was super small portion. My pasta in the cheese and the raviolli with ricota was cold and spaghetti was just ordinary. Service was good, environment, market... but the food really disappointed us.

The place is lovely as well as our server, however the service was very slow, it took forever to order our mains. We tried to add eggplant or any type of veggie to the vegan pasta which is literally pasta and sauce absolutely nothing else and it wasn’t possible, which was a little disappointing, considering the prices. Food was good but not spectacular.

So went to Eataly for my birthday for dinner with my family. Server didn’t even ask if we wanted anything to drink, took away wine glasses after we ordered a cocktail. My wife and I had almost finished our meals before my sons meal came out. Plates and cups were being removed before we even finished. When we asked the server he responded it’s pretty much engrained in the team to clear quickly. I understand if it were actually busy but lots of empty tables. We paid with a gift certificate and our server Lucas assigned his own tip without asking. Again, understand if it’s a large group but only 3 people didn’t warrant that. This was the worst experience, over rated, over priced cafeteria food. IKEA kitchen is better and better value. He later points at the door and said you can leave know.

This is my first visit with my wife. The restaurant is nicely set out and decoration is authentic. We will be going to Italy on a cruise in November and the restaurant gave us the feeling we are in Italy already.

Overall very disappointed. It was our go to for comfort food. Not anymore. Carpaccio lacked flavor and just a sprinkle of parmesan. The butternut ravioli use to be fabulous with brown butter sage. Was very boring and sauce lacked flavour.
