Celebrated a birthday here. Had the calamari salad(loved this) and rabbit which was delicious. Attentive and courteous service. Overall it’s an excellent place to spend a good evening with family and friends. I highly recommend it!

It's a very quaint and cozy place. The service was phenomenal. There were 3 people working the restaurant floor. They were phenomenal and didn't miss a beat. The vibe was of a small French restaurant. The bathroom is tiny but clean. I didn't like the way the kitchen was set up. It seemed like a diner-type of a raised counter and they would ring the bell every time the food was ready. It almost cheapened the atmosphere. The food was very good.

We always enjoy coming to La Sirene to celebrate special occasions. The quality of the food and its being cooked as requested always makes for an exceptional experience. All three of us strongly recommend the beet salad, Tournedos Rossini, and Iles Flotante, although other options have also been thoroughly enjoyed.

Everything is delicious,fresh and tasty. The Escargot Bourguignone was very fresh tender and tasty. The hanger steak was soft and juicy with the fried shallot,garlic butter sauce full of the flavor. The fish filet baked with scale on the skin make it very crispy, yet the meat still very tender and soft juicy. Onion soup is also very tasty.I like all the dishes and am looking forward to going back and tasting more variety of other dishes. Oh the desert with double ice cream cover with puff and chocolate also give it a perfect ending of completion of the meals.

La Sirene Soho is a cozy little spot that transports you to a French village. The service was very efficient and they let us linger after dessert without feeling rushed. The Restaurant Week menu choices were really very good. A lovely spot for a first date or to catch up with friends.

We have been here 3 times. The food has gone downhill. This time only the chicken entree of the restaurant week menu was good. Watery sangria at $60 for a carffe a real rip off. Service was good but there were few patrons so no surprise. We sat outside and regretted it given very bad smell. We will not be back.

This is now one of my favorite restaurants. Atmosphere is perfect for date night or with a group of friends. Came during restaurant week. Fabulous and attentive service. Every bite was delicious, hanger steak was juicy and tender, vegetables were superb. Big profiteroles is a must have for desert. Can’t wait to come back and try the other menu items.

The cuisine was simply delightful, and the service exceeded expectations. The restaurant's seating area is a tad small, and the chairs were a bit less comfortable than I would have liked. Arriving at an early hour, we had the privilege of a serene ambiance, but I imagine it might get quite congested during peak periods. All in all, it was a highly satisfying dining experience, and I can't wait to visit again

We have been coming here annually since they opened. The foos is outstanding as always. Unfortunately(for customers) it is no longer a byo, but they have a $25 corkage fee except Friday and Saturday

Amazing food. Abraham and his counterpart (sorry, didn't get her name!!) were great. We had the french onion soup, mac and cheese, beet salad, escargot. Food was just.....awesome, lol. We will come back for the rabbit and fondue!!!!

As first time diners at Le Sirene Soho, we found the experience to be exceptional. Greeted and served by friendly staff educated in both the cuisine and wine offerings, we happily accepted and moved forward with their suggested recommendations. To commence our experience, we began our first course with the Roasted Pear with melted blue cheese. Next we went with the 1/2 dozen Escargot in butter, shallots and garlic, a delicious delicacy. Moving onto the main courses, we continued with the Braised Rabbit ( so delicious) and the Seared Filet Mignon topped with Foie Gras. WOW. Not enough can be said to describe the incredible and delightful flavors our palates experienced. Enjoying all of the prior mentioned was enhanced by a wonderful red wine - A 2020 Domaine de Fontvive Gigondas / Cotes-du-Rhone accompanied our meal through to a perfect completion. I'll rate this wine at the top for a southern French wine in the price range. As if all of this was not enough to satisfy us, we had to try at least one desert - The "Floating Island" was beyond our expectations. I will not even attempt to describe as you must try it for yourself. As our servers assisted us with accurate and on-point recommendations, I will continue this winning streak and highly recommend that you check out La Sirene Soho for your next French inspired dining experience in New York City. You will most certainly not be disappointed.

What a great evening celebrating Mother’s Day. First, I have to thank the staff for their flexibility. We had a reservation but got delayed coming into the city; an accident on approaching the Holland Tunnel delayed us 2 hours, and as I kept calling the restaurant to apologize for our delay, they told me to come in anyway and they would accommodate us. The food was simply OUTSTANDING and everyone loved both their appetizers and their entrees.

Everything from food to service was perfect. Beautifully prepared French cuisine from southern France. We enjoyed the escargot, rabbit, which was the best we’d ever had and the special preparation of cod with a creamy tomato sauce with chorizo and mussels. So tasty! Lovely vegetables for the table. Iles flottanes for dessert was a real treat. We’d only had the dessert before in Nice. The restaurant is gluten free friendly and happy to discuss preparation. Atmosphere is cozy and warm. This place takes cash, Amex, crypto currency only but they post it online and on site and staff confirm you know the payment policy when you arrive. There’s an ATM available at the door. Would dine there again in a minute. Not a bad word to share.

I was so pleased with my first visit to La Sirene, I invited my son and his bride to celebrate his birthday here. We were not disappointed. I started with tartlet, my son the French onion soup and my daughter-in-law the Parisian raviolis. We each sampled each others plates and were delighted with every bite. We all had the seared butter hanger steak which was unique and exceptionally good. The garlic and parsley topping was perfect. Again we ordered separate desserts but moaned in pleasure with each taste. The service is knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive. I can’t wait to come back.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful dinner here; I've known him for over 20 years and this is by far the most I've ever seen him enjoy a meal. The waiters are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the food was almost transcendent. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing meal! Beet salad starter, escargot, seafood saffron pasta and rabbit! All were exceptional. The rabbit was in the lightest most fragrant sauce. And nicely butchered pieces, sometimes rabbit can be finicky with alot of small bones. Dessert was outstanding. Fondant au Chocolat Noir(sans sherbert-recommended) Tartelette aux Fraises, Banana Brulée. The service was also 5 star. I mumbled/the waiter misheard my dessert order and they insisted on bringing the Tarte. It was really exceptional-It was really really really pricey. But the for the special occasion so recommend!

I had a truly lovely evening at La Sirene. I was having a light supper before I attended a recital nearby, and this was perfect. I had the goat cheese tartine that was everything I hoped it would be. I was still a little hungry so I ordered the mussels Creole, which was perhaps the best mussels preparation I have eaten to date. I finished off the meal with a delicious dessert, which I’m sorry to admit I don’t remember the name, but it was really tasty and unlike anything I’d had before. The servers were very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. I had a great time and made it to my recital in time. I’ll definitely go back.
