We loved all the pasta dishes we tried. The starter bruschetta was absolutely on point in terms of freshness and taste. The steak was given a thumbs up as well. I will be coming back in the near future to try other dishes.

Good food and reasonable prices for London. The plain bruchette was delicious, and uniquely done. The entrees chosen were a tagliatelle pesto with buffalo which was delicious, and a pasta ragu which was a little heavy. The window seating was distracting because of a noisy bar next across the street.

La Tagliata is a fantastic restaurant, and I had an unforgettable dining experience thanks to the chef’s amazing dishes. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is welcoming. But what blew me away was the chef’s special creation. It was a burst of flavors and textures that left me amazed. I can’t put into words how delicious it was. The chef’s talent in combining ingredients and making them look beautiful on the plate is incredible. If you love great food, you have to go to La Tagliata. It’s a culinary adventure you won’t want to miss. Loredane, the front house manager was amazing . Her exceptional hospitality made the adventure very special to us . Huge compliments to the chef and the entire team at La Tagliata!

The food was delicious! However sadly the service was terrible and it was really expensive. 2 people ordered a glass of wine each and a pasta each. Ended up paying £37 per person for a pasta pesto, some broccoli and a red wine! Whilst it was very tasty we probably won’t be back.

The restaurant looked lovely but had a musty smell. Faint smell of drains. The food was expensive for the quality and taste. I have had better Italian food. Would not recommend or go back.

A relaxed birthday dinner for family member. Good menu and enjoyed the truffle specials, orichetti, tuna and steak. One carbonara dish was scrambled egg consistency, but they fixed it. They did a birthday version of Tiramisu for the birthday girl, which was much appreciated. Service was very good. It was hot in our corner of the restaurant -- ventilation was not good. Were glad to escape to the cool air outside.

Really enjoyed our evening here. The food was excellent, great wine too, and a lovely atmosphere. The only odd thing (and I don’t know if this was an Open Table app issue) was when we arrived we were told our booking was showing as cancelled. I most definitely had not cancelled it. Luckily they still had room for us. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing dinner and experience at La Tagliata for my sisters birthday dinner. Their Rigatoni Al Ragu was some of the best I have ever had! At the end of our dinner they brought out some of their phenomenal tiramisu with a lit candle and sang happy birthday to my sister. Overall, a very special birthday dinner with our family. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in London.

Really disappointing, I wanted to try this restaurant as it was new and close to the office. We took a client here and the service was poor. Nobody took our drinks order for 15 minutes, when we did order we were told the kitchen was overun and we needed to order asap, we the. Had starters and main and were told when we were handed the dessert menu that the waiter was leaving at circa 3pm and we needed to order and go. Really disappointing and embarrassing in front of a client.

I have eaten at La Tagliata on many occasions over the years and it has always been a treat, but last night was probably the best meal I have eaten there. The chef seems to have found the perfect tomato based sauce for the dishes and the parmigiana starter and the swordfish main were delicious. For a restaurant in the city, the prices are reasonable and it's great to be able to eat without listening to thumping music. Will definitely be returning soon.

A lovely Italian restaurant two minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool Street Station. Querky yet elegant design with private rooms, we had a great business lunch: attentive service and a depth of flavour I haven't tasted in a long time. Highly recommended
