Equipped with two private rooms, a 100-seat dining room and a lounge and bar, La Terrazza is the perfect setting for corporate functions of any size or lavish weddings.
Our absolute favourite restaurant in Vancouver.
Best food, beautiful ambiance and incredible service.
Excellent food, great service led by Theresa and the rest of a great team.
Very expensive, but very good food and service and we had a good time.
Chaotic and way too expensive......food was OK but not something to write home about...my first and last visit...
It was a celebration of our marriage. Thank you so much for the experience. We will be back
We had a fun night, great ambiance gets you in the mood to enjoy a meal, food did not let us down sooo yummy and for a guy that likes wine lots to choose from. Thumbs up to all for a great experience.
Beautiful room, great food, and good service. I am sure to go there again. However, please be careful to park on street. There are not many people walking there especially at night, and my car was broken by somebody kicked a door.
We went to La Terezza for a birthday celebration and everything seemed going well until we saw a couple of mice in the patio that made their way inside the restaurant. The indoor dining area is also connected to the kitchen and there is no door to the kitchen. When we brought it up to the server’s attention she acted as if it was the norm and that they couldn’t close the door to the patio to prevent it from happening. Although the food was great, the experience left a bitter taste in my mount and made me wonder about the healthy and safety of their food. Given there are so many nice and high end Italian restaurants in downtown Vancouver, i wouldn’t go to La Terezza again and wouldn’t recommend it to my family and friends.
This is a great location within walking distance to the Rogers arena. Step was very helpful with arranging special parking on the street so that we wouldn't have to pay Extra for the meter.
Food is excellent!Outside dining was beautiful.
Met a family member of the owners who was very dumb people about the family recipes.
Additionally we were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and the staff made every attempt to be helpful or special celebration.
Attended the restaurant prior to the Andrea Bocelli concert and food was fantastic. Despite fact their were only to servers on, our waiter made sure all our needs were met and that our food arrived in ample time to enjoy before heading to the concert.
Additionally, when it was obvious we could not finish the meals (sizes are more than ample), they offered to back the leftovers up and when told we were headed to the concert on foot, offered to keep it until after the show, when we could stop by and pick it up.
The experience we had here set the tone for a very nice evening and when we returned after the show we enjoyed further drinks and food. Will definitely be going back.
We had a great experience in the lounge for a pre dinner cocktail then in the restaurant for a delicious dinner. The music was great. Classics ..,, Sinatra, Nat king Cole. It just made our anniversary dinner that much more memorable 😊
Great service and food. Nice place for bringing clients or have a business dinner.
Great food. Big portions. Nice quiet fancy restaurant! Highly recommend!
Absolutely outstanding food. The venue is beautiful. Will defiantly return. Looking forward to next time.
Beautiful establishment with a wonderful staff and genuinely great flavours. We went early so I don’t know if it becomes quite a bit louder, but our experience was outside on a summer-like spring day and it was very nice. Will definitely return in the future.
A great celebration
Consistently great food and service! Already looking forward to the next time
Booked as it was local. Everything was great including the home made breads. The only item I wasnt keen on were the onion rings which were too stodgy for my taste almost like doughnut batter, not tempura style. Steak was fab tho.
The only thing I didn’t like is that we were charged for refills on 2 sofa pop. Paying $16 for 2 pops and refills is silly when taking everything else into account.
Our meals were delicious and the service was great otherwise. The portions did not leave us wanting for anything else at the end.
I love LA Terrazza. It has such a wonderful Italian atmosphere I had my birthday dinner there and I was looking forward to my favorite, the Foie Gras! The lamb dinner was fabulous, however, the Fois Gras was a disappointment. I was expecting a nice large piece with Sherry sauce. Instead I got 3 one inch diameter sliders with a 1/4 inch piece of liver in each. $30 was a bit steep for what I got.
That is the only compliant I had. Otherwise a perfectly lovely birthday celebration!
It was our first time here and we quite enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and professional from the second we walked into the door. It has a nice atmosphere and vibe and the bar looks like it would be a good place to hang out for a drink. Our meal was very good and had a unique take on traditional dishes. For example, the calamari was completely different than what you’d expect and tasted great! I would definitely recommend and I look forward to going back soon.
The food was just average but the ambiance made up for it. The service was confusing, we weren’t sure who our waiter was and we were even offered the dessert menu twice. We were so disappointed because it looked so good from the outside and inside decor.
Trying to hard to be a hot date spot. But the atmosphere doesn’t align to that. For example, we ordered three 1884 Krongberg Beers and each came in a different type of wine glass.
The food was good but wasn’t so amazing that you couldn’t have done it at home.
Cost is way to high as all good restaurants in Vancouver.
La Terrazza is our favourite restaurant, particularly for special occasions. We do highly recommend it to family and friends.
Great food and service!
Just a quick stop in the lounge during happy hour. Love love love the strozzapreti bolognese. Favourite!
Definitely would return again
A friend of mine recommended this place to me and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Great food ( best bolognese in the city and the carpaccio was outstanding), service was on point. I’d definitely come back again soon.
Our group of 5 enjoyed La Terrazza on Sat, Feb 16, 2019. The atmosphere is awesome! I really like the plaster on the walls and the Sid Dickens' tiles on the washroom doors! The wine was amazing, the appetizers were excellent; we even tried the caviar. (Well worth the experience, the waitress was very knowledgeable! Highly recommend it!) The entres were very good as well. At times the service was a little slow, however, the service staff were very friendly. A very good place to go if you want a nice, slow paced evening!
Unbelievable food. Great service and ambiance was relaxing
Almost perfect, but I paid the same value as any customer that came there before and after me, however I did not get the chance to hear the harpa being play.
Try to contact, never got response
A special night fulfilled by our hosts. They do standard Italian favourites very well and we appreciated their efforts to create a lovely environment including music and service Togo with the food.
Our server was excellent and look forward to going back soon. Value was on par with expectation.
Extremely disappointing. Our three orders of truffle pasta were terrible, no flavor, tasteless, dry, not re-hydrated properly. Pasta was cold. Mentioned to our server but no apologies. I wrote to the owner but no response. Would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone, stay away!
Beautiful restaurant! Tables are not crowded together. Staff are courteous and friendly without being intrusive. Food is amazing!
The food tasted great but given how expensive the bill was (despite a dine out menu) I was not impressed. The ambience was a bit bougie and not fun at all.
Excellent food and exceptional service and fantastic Ambiance!
The food is great
