For my first time, it was very good. The food could have been warmer - I think it sat in the kitchen for a few minutes. Still tasty. The person serving us was very pleasant and fixed our wobbly table as soon as we mentioned it. When I reserved I requested a table away from loud music but I don't think that was addressed as my friend and I had to speak in raised voices.

The servers were very friendly, Brunch menu had a good variety of options. Portion size was generous and left us feeling satisfied. All the flavours were clean and tasty. The pizza was really thin, crunchy and light. Potato’s that come with brunch were really tasty as well. Overall a great place for brunch.

Beautiful decor and ambience. From the service, to the food and everything in between was outstanding. The food was delicious with great portions. The service from the front was welcoming and warm. Our server was friendly and always checked in on us during the night to make sure everything was going well. Even when we left and were getting our coats from coat check, the hostess asked how everything was, who our server was, if it was our first time and welcomed us back for a future date down the road. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Well done to everyone at LaVecchia

Beautiful space by the lake. Comfortable seating. Good space between other tables. The decor is really nice. Management seems engaged with clients. Very warm and welcoming. Our server on the other hand was cold, not very engaging, did not introduce any specials or inform us much about the restaurant. Did not really introduce herself. We shared one plate and she brought us some sharing plates but with a not so clean spoon. Overlooked??? When the dish arrived in the hands of the manager??? It came with clean utensils and additional serving plates. Seems like the team does not interact much with one another?? The waitress did not even come by to ask if all items arrived. Drinks, friend loved his, mine was good too. Food: risotto was thick and sticky, but the flavours were nice. Pizza: friend asked for well done, and it was. Flavours again we’re nice, nothing too exciting. Overall, I guess my pet peeve is entering a beautiful laid out restaurant and getting subpar service and food that is just ok or similar to a other similar restaurants in the neighbourhood. Will I go back? Yes, good date spot. Good for small parties if you like a good banquet style meal. Fantastic location. All I ask is to up your game a little with service and in the back of the house if you plan on asking for an 18,20,or 22% tip set on your device.

Had a disappointing visit last night. They must have been short staffed to say the least cause anything we ordered took forever to arrive. Our server could have been a whole lot friendlier. She didn’t care at all, that we had been waiting excessively long for our dinner to arrive. She also served multiple tables that arrived after us before she finally got to us. Server needs to work on her customer service skills to say the least, and yesterday was just a disappointing experience.
