   I decided to go to Laudurée with a small group of friends for afternoon tea. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food specifically the afternoon tea set was scrumptious and the tea was a swell. Plus, the waitresses were very kind and helpful. Would definitely go again!

   Beautiful store, the ambiance was definitely an experience (lovely). I wouldn't agree that the food matches the price, but the macaroons are fantastic! I would take friends and family here for an experience, but I think from now on, for myself, I'd just buy macaroons.

   We had reservations for the afternoon tea experience. It was my daughter’s 7th birthday and she is obsessed with macarons. After reading all the horrible reviews, our expectations weren’t high. We shared 1 afternoon tea set with hot chocolate and a Marie-Antoinette tea. Although my daughter devoured all the sweet pastries (with thumbs up), I was able to try some of savoury ones. They were delicious. Presentation was beautiful; the ambience was perfect (they had music quietly playing) and very fitting for our occasion. We were blessed with a super sweet waitress, friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Our experience overall was a great one.

    There was no indication that you had to request afternoon tea at time of booking. I was not the only customer who was surprised that they only offer tea to a set number of people. When booking on Open Table there was a drop-down menu for special occasions but there was no option to request tea. I will be calling the restaurants directly from now on so I am not disappointed. The staff was of no help which made the situation worse.

    A reservation was booked for afternoon tea more than 3 weeks prior. Unfortunately upon our arrival, we were informed the the afternoon tea was no longer available. Very poor planning given a busy holiday season. Very disappointing afternoon.

    Booked this for a beautiful tea with my daughter while we xmas shop. Everything about the tea was fantastic. Delicious. I requested the window seat which was waiting when we got there. My daughter loved it and we got to people watch thru the window. Service was excellent. We were not rushed. Highly recommend. Great mother/daughter experience.💝

    We had a reservation for afternoon tea. We got there early and we’re seated right away which was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Setting is small but beautiful. Nice to go with 2-4 people max. Macarons are the best. Not your typical afternoon tea with scones and clotted cream but we knew that going into it.

    The the classic pancakes are chef’s kiss delicious. The squash soup very good as well. Macaroons divine! My only complaint is that they weren’t playing music and took away from the ambiance. I want to feel like I’m eating macaroons in Paris, you know what I mean?

    Service was great. Selection was limited as they did not have the omelette and the flavour of macaroons I wanted. First time there it was loud for a small place, was very pretty. It was my birthday and they didn't do anything special which was surprising. Would come for pick up of sweets next time.

    Good food and service excellent. However, with this price you would like to drink out of a cup that is not chipped, and the chairs need to be reupholstered.... way too many stains! So, get some new porcelain and freshly done chairs then it will be a5⭐️plus!

    Initially went for brunch but there's nothing that actually looked or sounded good on that menu. So decided to switch to high tea instead. The tea was diluted, other than smelling like the description, there's actually no taste to the tea. The assorted finger foods/pastries were one note, not enough savory components to the meal.     Cute yet also fancy place. Seemed quite popular! Chose this place over other locations for the reviews and pricing for afternoon tea. Service wasn't as good as it could have been, but that's likely because they seemed understaffed when we were there. Staff were helpful when they were with us. All the little food items we got in the afternoon tea set were quite tasty. Tea was a little weaker than I would like, but it was fine. Would recommend and would go back, though I may try to go at a time when it's less crowded, since I prefer quiet spaces when possible.

    Save your money. Very cute shop, if your just looking to pop in and get some cookies. But the food was 2star at best. We had the classic French toast which looked like two pieces of wood. The plate was completely barren. Not an orange slice. Not a raspberry. No icing sugar. Just two circular hunks of bread. Maple syrup and whipped cream were served on the side. For $18. We ordered croissant’s as seen on the menu and were told this location doesn’t do them. My latte came in two parts. One jug of espresso and one jug of warm milk. Service was okay. The girls were nice enough but barely spoke to us other then taking our order and settling up the bill. It’s also very much just a small store front and in no way a full restaurant. Everyone walking around the mall can see you having lunch. Also we had noted it was a birthday when placing the reservation and they didn’t mention it at all.

    Wonderful experience. Had the afternoon tea shared between 2 people. The server was helpful in navigating my lactose intolerance and helped me understand what foods were a good option for me.

    Always a treat dining here! Just wished the Toronto location catches up with the rest of the locations around the world menu. The Toronto location is so limited - it’s a shame because the food at the other locations are actually delicious!

    We went for the afternoon tea and had an “ok” experience. Good was fine and I liked the macarons assortment, however service was not up to the place. The server was rude in some occasions, like pushing us to order food right away. When placing the food in the table, they were basically just abruptly put in front of us. Not a pleasant experience!     We ordered the afternoon tea and we’re satisfied with our purchase. The hot chocolate was great and the pastries were really yummy as well, but the macarons were my favourite part. I will definitely be returning to get some more of their macarons.

    Excellent experience, always in line with what Ladurée has best to offer. Bravo! One note though… despite having a reservation, we finally had access to our table 30 minutes late, that was disappointing and not respectful. In addition, employees were struggling to offer a quality service because influencers were so busy monopolizing half of the restaurant to take pictures, recording videos, promoting themselves, well, basically everything except eating. That didn’t ruined our visit but made it much less memorable than it should have been.

    The atmosphere is great and the decor is wonderful. I went for my birthday and I was a bit disappointed that they did not acknowledge or do anything for my birthday. I let them know when I confirmed the reservation and I hoped they would do something to make it special but they did not.

    The shop is very chic and unique with a classy atmosphere. The afternoon tea selection was great and for the most part, beautifully presented (with the exception of the sandwiches which was flat and flimsy) but it wasn't amazing. The kids macaroni and cheese was gross and looked like KD in a fancy bowl at 10x the price. While our server was polite enough, she wasn't really welcoming. The service we received was very chilly and indifferent. If we find ourselves back in Toronto, we would step in to take away the delicious macarons but wouldn't do dine in again.
