Described as a biscuit with a delicate and crisp shell with a smooth ganache or jam filling, they come in a variety of classical and creative flavours. Ladurée’s macarons are often not mixed with more than two or three flavours to give each macaron a more pronounced taste.
Accompanying the Boutique, their traditional Parisian tea room offers irresistible culinary delights in a setting inspired by historic France, allowing Ladurée to extend their unique experience of the French art of living.

Ambience not as nice with only tables around the walls of the dining area (due to COVID. Hopefully will be outside next time. Waiter was very attentive.
It was exactly as expected. Great service, great food and they were able to accommodate my severe food allergies. Walking into Laduree is like being back in Paris!
Went for the Spring Break 2 for 1 afternoon tea and it was decidedly average. The macarons were okay but nothing overly special. The sandwiches were just a cut croissant filled with cold ham and emmental cheese. The tea was bagged and hadn't been steeped at all before being delivered to the table. I had to request milk and sugar. I did find the individual desserts to be outstanding though.
The service was adequate. Nothing was taken off the table throughout the service so it did feel very cluttered and when I asked for more tea, they just added hot water to the already steeped bag, which didn't offer much in the way of flavour.
I was satisfied for the 2 for 1 price of $65 but if I had been paying the usual price of $60/pp I would have been extremely underwhelmed. It's a perfectly okay if you're taking a little one or someone who hasn't done a proper afternoon tea, but if you're more experienced with afternoon teas this is definitely one I would recommend skipping.
I booked a reservation for my birthday and wasn't expecting a whole lot. But when I got there the personal touches and just the kindness of detail and service was blowing me away, Very wonderful. The staff there truly knows customer service.
The dine out menu was great. It was quite filling so we couldn't even finish everything.
Vancouver Dine Out menu for the afternoon tea is fabulous. LOVE the food and atmosphere! Will be back for next year's Dine-out.
My only complaint would be the service needs to be improved. The staff was either unfriendly or under-trained. But for a $30/person high tea menu, can't complain.
The food was really mediocre and if it wasn't for dineout, it would have been a rip off. The servers were amazing, though. They were all very friendly and helpful.
Come by here for an afternoon tea or sip some tea while working. Wonderful hidden little spot at the back of the shop. Omelet was only okay but the laduree blended cold tea and the desserts are tasty
Great experience. Excellent food. Wish dine out would last longer to come back again!
This was my first time trying Laduree, and I would highly recommend. We went during DOVF and the food was very well priced because of it!
It was dine out special menu. We really live the experience and food! I will be back!
My husband and I went there to try the dine-out menu on my birthday. Our server was not very pleasant and would stare at us consistently. She was giving out an unpleasant vibe and my husband also said she was unpleasant. She did not even come to offer us whether we want a refill of the water only took our empty plates once. There were two other servers and they were nice to come and check-in and ask whether we would like anything and to refill our pots with hot water.
I've been to Laduree in different countries/cities ( e.g., Paris, Kuala Lumpur, NYC, Tokyo, Kyoto, & Toronto) but this Vancouver location had the worse service. I honestly never encountered this poor service at different Laduree locations.
Limited tea options for High Tea
Expensive for the amount of options available
Great macaroons, everything else less than mediocre
Will not be returning for High Tea
Staff and service was great. We were a little late and they didn’t make us feel bad about it. Food and drinks were amazing. Really cute pretty place. Makes you feel like you’re in Paris. Overall great experience.
High tea experience was great! The food was delicious. My husband enjoyed his meal. Will always come back!
Always a great spot for breakfast. Well priced wine to accompany if you are celebrating and the rose croissants are always a must to bring home with you after breakfast
We had the afternoon tea. The service was quick we were actually quite full after. Will definitely come back. We were overall satisfied.
Afternoon tea is pricey
We went for “high tea” but their set menu wasn’t a great value so we ended up ordering individual items. Food was fine but not amazing. Soup was luke warm, but would have been good hot. Overall the experience was okay but I won’t go back. Way over priced for what we got. Lots of other options for high tea that are better.
Good hot chocolate
Everything was awesome, just service was a little slow. Most likely because it was busy so I wouldn’t say that it was normal. Gave us lots of time to eat our food and enjoy it without being bothered.
Wonderfully charming!!! The menu items and afternoon tea were delectable! Would return.
Service was fantastic. They did a great job accommodating our requests. Overall presentation of the afternoon tea and food was great. Price is on the high side, but the portions of each item are good.
Awesome time at laduree!
Tried brunch. Mushroom omelet was tasteless. French toast was meh. Mini Croissants were good. I would just come stick with tea & croissants. Don’t bother with other food items. Not their thing.
There was a couple of ladies with a baby and young child who was playing a game with volume far too loud. I could excuse the baby crying but they did nothing to turn down the volume on the gaming device. Also their phone rang and one was talking loudly on her phone. Didn’t make for a very relaxing lunch.
Great food and good service! Will come back again for sure!
We really enjoy sampling high tea experiences wherever we travel, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Laduree. It was different from what we are most accustomed to in terms of the food offerings, but the food was excellent and ample. Tea with a French flair. For example, there were no scones on offer but we were served croissants, no jam but whipped cream/butter. It wasn't disappointing, just different. The sandwiches were flavorful and larger than we often see, and the "full meal deal" included satisfying portions. We would not only recommend this to other afternoon-tea aficionados, we would also happily return on a future visit. The shop is small, with a bakery fronting the street and the tea room in the back. Seating is limited. We reserved via Open Table which worked beautifully. The shop is on busy and popular Robson Street. We cabbed to and from the shop and our hotel, not sure where patrons would park but street parking would be chancey. We were there on a Friday evening at 6:00 PM so perhaps busier than at other times, but we were immediately seated and served. Staff was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. An all-around great new experience for us.
