    I have been going to the Radisson rooftop pool lounge for more than seven years now . It is absolutely relaxing, the staff is welcoming and very assertive, I enjoy spending my afternoon there, soaking up the sun and enjoying great snacks and drinks. Always a pleasure. See you next year. 🙂

    I took my friend to the pool for her birthday. It is a gorgeous setting to be sure. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not on this day. My friend was not able to go in it was way too cold. There was no notice that the pool was not heated. Once settled into our chairs no one came around to serve us. I went inside to see if I could order they sent someone out promptly. She was wonderful and the food and drink was nice. Finally the change rooms were a disaster wet towels all over the place clearly had not been checked for hours. At $65.00 each I expected a whole lot more

    I had a lovely afternoon at the pool. The only criticisms I have are that parents in the pool with their kids didn't bother to tell them to keep the noise level down and sometimes it was just too much. You might want to initiate a rule about that. The food was okay, not special, but my fries were cold. I didn't mention it though, as the server was so great.

    Es demasiado frío, la piscina no tiene la mejor ubicación frente al sol lo que hace que te debas mover mucho buscando sillas a las que les caiga el sol, que son pocas. La música no escucha para nada, la gaseosa tenía más agua que gaseosa, y la ensalada César no tenía nada de bacon.

    The view is amazing. The pool is nice too. There’s no shade and the earliest I could book the pool day was noon. When I got there all the umbrellas were taken for shade and many of those who had them were not using them ☹️ Food and drink very pricy and sparse. We ordered chips and guac for $18 and there was about 3 Tablespoons of guac in a very small dish that was too narrow to get the chips in and no utensils to dig it out. Sad when you always feel they just want your money and provide as little as they can in return.

    Very disappointing experience overall. Doesn’t include reserved seats so we were told to just find anywhere open. Was very understaffed such that it was about an hour between being able to flag down our waiter.

    Service was great and atmosphere was nice. The food was lacking portions and quality didn’t match the price. For example the jerk chicken had no side dish and was just chicken skewers for $21. Drinks were overpriced as well. I liked the DJ and ambiance and all ppl including other patrons were pleasant.

    Having coming here for years on the daily pool pass, I can tell you that the service and quality of food has really declined. Pool and views are great but if you order food and drinks on top of the pass it’s an expensive day (I spent $200 for 1 person), that’s really not worth it. Hoping you guys improve the menu and invest in proper training for next year. You’re sitting on a gem and not maximizing its potential.

    Great spot to go relax. Lovely view of the Toronto harbour front at the back of the pool. Cost effective as opposed to the other outdoor pools in Toronto. Perfect spot for a day date, bachlorette or just to hang out and tan with friends in the summer. The outdoor dining options are pretty good…the Caesar salads 🥗 are delicious as well as the Pina Colada’s. I’d definitely go back again with friends. ☺️

    I'm so happy I found this place! It gives off Miami vybes while being in the center of it all! Amazing views of the city and of lake Ontario. The servers are attentive and professional and very friendly. Many pool chairs to choose from. The music was great. The overall ambience was fantastic. I can't wait to go back!

    The food wasn’t great. I ordered the guacamole and nachos. I received a small cup of guacamole and a bowl of chips for 18.00. Not worth it

    my overall experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Let's start with the positives. The nachos I ordered were undeniably delicious. The perfect combination of crispy chips with chilli powder on itmade them a delightful treat to munch on while enjoying the magnificent scenery. Speaking of which, the view of the CN Tower and the lake from the lounge was simply awe-inspiring, creating a mesmerizing ambiance. However, I must mention that the guacamole served with the chips fell short of expectations. It lacked the freshness and flavor one would hope for, leaving it merely satisfactory. For a pool lounge that takes pride in its culinary offerings, I expected a more exceptional guacamole experience. Another aspect that slightly dampened my visit was the gloomy atmosphere inside the lounge. The lighting and ambiance were not as inviting as I had hoped, making me wish for a brighter and cozier setting. One puzzling aspect of the visit was the credit card policy. While I was asked to provide my credit card as a guest, I noticed that the lady sitting beside me, who was also a guest, did not have to do the same. This inconsistency left me feeling uneasy and made me question whether I was being singled out. As an Asian guest, I couldn't help but wonder if this was influenced by racial bias, which is a disheartening thought. Despite these drawbacks, the pool lounge itself was enjoyable and had a lot to offer. The mesmerizing view and tasty chips are definite highlights. However, addressing the issues with the guacamole, enhancing the ambiance, and ensuring a fair and consistent credit card policy for all guests would significantly improve the overall experience. In conclusion, if you're looking for a pool lounge with a stunning view and tasty snacks, this place might be worth a visit. Just be prepared for some inconsistencies and considerate of the ambiance. With some improvements, this pool lounge could truly become a top-notch destination for locals

    We had a really lovely time at the Lakeview pool lounge. The view of the CN tower was spectacular. We had Karina as our waitress. She was exceptional and very kind to us! The drinks and food were also delicious! If you’re looking for a calm pool setting in the city, this is the place to visit. The only let down worth mentioning is that parking was not included. I had called weeks before to reserve us a a spot at the lounge since we were coming from out of town. It took several attempts to get in touch with a person and when I finally did, I made sure to ask if parking was included. The person told me that parking was included in the price. However, when we got there, we had to pay for parking separately (extra $20). It wasn’t much, but it was bothersome since we were told otherwise. I made sure to let the receptionists know that some of their staff was clearly unaware of what is included/excluded from their packages. 8/10

    It’s not worth the price as it’s increased since last year. The servers are working very hard to accommodate but the waits are long. Pool needs to be cleaned throughout the stay at it gets dirty with hair and sunscreens trapped in the corners

    There wasn't any changing room and it was only washrooms, so if you wanted to change your clothes, you had to do it in the washroom which is disgusting. The pool area was nice but it doesn't justify the price.

    This year there is no shade at the pool. There are a few umbrella tables to dine at which is good. Two appetizers we had were very good. Management needs to acquire four or five umbrellas for the Chez lounges, fast service provided by Karina. Pool was 25% full.

    I have over the years purchased a day pass for use of this pool and have always had a great experience here. I overlooked the fact that by end of day there was no toilet paper or soap left in the bathroom but since they’ve now started charging almost double, I expect these issues to be resolved. Not once throughout the day did anyone go in to refill or clean the change room. At the end of the day we were forced to use the indoor bathroom because there was no toilet paper left and it wasn’t much better in that bathroom. An employee came in while we were there and I commented that we came to this bathroom instead of the change room as supplies were not refilled. She ignored me. I saw her wash her hands without soap (because there wasn’t any) after she used the bathroom. My question is, is she serving food and drink? Why would she not alert someone or refill the soap? We saw her folding towels as we walked out. This is not acceptable for an almost $75 day pass. With the addition of the food and drink we purchase, a lot of money is being spent. I expect better.

    The server was very friendly. Arrived to the Hostess and Manager bickering with each other, not a professional greeting. I resent being asked to tip the servers on the admission fee, I did it out of guilt, but then tipped the waitress again when I ordered food. Don’t quite understand why I was asked to tip before I ever arrived and had any idea as to the quality of the service.

    Very disappointing experience. For the price that is being charged for a chair you would think you’d get better service and vibe. The music being played at the pool was heavy EDM music that should be playing at a Vegas pool party. Music should be more chill/tropical vibes and not aggressive pool party music. Got the fries just to snack on and they were under cooked and soggy. We would have sent back but our service was very minimal interactions. Overall you shouldn’t be charging $65/chair on weekdays unless you’re offering better service and especially when children are buzzing all around you. Management should actually review this as this pool has a lot of potential and no execution. The only win for this was they didn’t have our rose we ordered so we got a better bottle at the normal price.

    Our group of 6 was celebrating a Birthday and our server, Vanessa made sure we had the best afternoon possible. She was attentive, accommodating, friendly, welcoming and always made sure we were taken care of! Would 100% return here because of Vanessa!

    This was my favourite summer place for years. This year, they price was hiked up $15 more. The food has changed with way smaller portions, charcuterie board is gone., now it’s just three slices of cheese and crackers for $20+. The service was extremely slow, only one server. The music was not good. The chair covers/umbrellas/shade was all taken away. Very disappointed

    I’m very disappointed in our experience this year. We came here. Last year, their was music here & everything was A+ service & the food was amazing. Last year they even had umbrella tables with a great view of the water. However, this year everything was different. Poor service with servers who are new and don’t know what they’re doing, there was no music at all, even the food was not the same. For an example the fruit you ordered used to come inside of a pineapple and you got a lot of it. This year they give you a small amount of fruit on a plate, you’re barely getting anything for $20 worth of fruit. No umbrella tables near the balcony either.  For the price that you’re paying, it is most definitely not worth it at all. there was no ambiance here. no umbrella tables near the balcony either. Me and my husband couldn’t wait to leave. We only stayed for an hour and a half. There are much better rooftop pools to experience, you will not get much coming here. I’m so disappointed no umbrella tables near the balcony either. For $130 entry fee, definitely not worth it this year
