   Went for mother's day brunch and food was just okay. Took quite a bit longer than would be typical for a brunch during a holiday. I had heard good things about the place but it definitely underwhelmed.

   There were 5 of us, 3 had soup, when it came it was cold. (2 different soups even) The salads came with all the wrong dressing. 2 of the soups finally came back after it was heated and everyone had been done eating at least 20 minutes prior. I the Open table app. I requested a regular table and NOT a hightop. They gave us a hightop and all regular tables were in use.

   Would not recommend if you are in a hurry. We ordered our lunch and 45 minutes later it still had not arrived. While the server was extremely pleasant, the wait was ridiculous. Food finally started arriving 50 minutes after we ordered, but it arrived one plate at a time. The last person (we were a group of 6) received their food 80 minutes after ordering. The food was good but nothing outstanding and the place was only 1/2 full. They were very apologetic but they definitely have a number of issues to work through. Hope they can figure it out!

   Beyond annoying! I had a reservation. When I got there, they did not have a table available. THEY suggested I get a drink at the bar. I got a drink. Still no table. I ordered my food, got my food, ate my food, and then they came and told me my table was ready! When I said I no longer needed the table, they cancelled my reservation! I showed up! I was on time! I ate there! And because they did not have a table for me they took my points away from me! I contacted Open Table with my receipt and got my points. But it was super annoying that they tried to punish me for their error! The food and wine wasn’t that great anyway! I don’t need to go there again!

    Had brunch here on a Sunday. We had kids and adults. Everyone enjoyed their food and the orange juice was very good too. The server was friendly. We did have to wait a while for our food, but worth it in the end. We had made reservations ahead a time and glad we did our we wouldnt have been able to sit with our big group.

    The appetizers were very good. The beverages were cold. We sat in around the bar area which was very loud. The building has very poor, if any acoustics.

    Food was average at best. The lemon raspberry mule cocktail was very good. Food took about 30 min to arrive. It was insanely loud inside (high ceilings and concrete floor, so nothing to absorb the noise). I could barely hear my husband across the table. The server checked on us a bunch, so the service was good but the kitchen seemed to be slow. Likely won't return.

    We have been to LakeWood Tavern in Lake Elmo four or five times. Their food is quite good - a hamburger that is actually prepared to medium and juicy, served on a toasted bun. The most impressive thing is the service! Every time we have been there, we have had a different server, and everyone has been friendly, willing to offer opinions, willing to make everything right. It was very noisy on a Friday night, but I guess that is to be expected.

    New restaurant running fantastic already. I've been there 3 times and ate something different every time. Everything has been delicious! There's still so many things I want to try on their large menu.

    We were seated quickly, but no server approached us for 15 minutes. My wife was served cold fries, but I did enjoy the Korean bowl. The server did pay for our drinks however to make up for the fries.

    The place was jumping on Saturday night! Food, drinks, service were all great! We were seated in the back area. The only drawback was the noise level - lots of tv’s and really loud with a couple big tables cheering on teams. Hard to hear the others at our table. But everything else was great and we will be back!

    Come on……..quit using terminology that makes you look positive. Energetic for a noise level does not cover the fact that the noise level is LOUD!!!! I get that you want positive scores, but spinning the terminology to make it fit your spin to those looking at you web site is not factual. But…….you’re going to do what you’re going to do to get business. Bottom line - it’s loud in there, but your food and service will s definitely great.

    Great experience. Set up like a sports tavern with huge TV’s everywhere with food choices and taste better than a sports tavern. We really enjoyed the 2 meals we had and the server was welcoming, friendly and attentive. will definitely return. Great new option in Woodbury/Lake Elmo/Oakdale suburbs

    Good food. Busy place with a good energy. The only complaint was how loud it was. Much of it was the people chatting (not a bad thing), but much of it was the background music. It was almost to loud to carry on a conversation at out four-person table.

    Our waitress/bartender was amazing! She was prompt and very friendly. Our group started out as 4 and we ended up with 14. They did a great job accommodating all of us so we could sit together. Definitely our new gathering spot. The food is great and there signature cocktails were a hit. Highly recommend!

    What can I say, this place had it all together on their grand opening - Kudos to the management. Service is spot on and food are drinks are incredible. They did not miss a beat on their Bourbon Old Fashion, BUT I keep missing out on that raspberry mule (it's MIA every time I ask and we are frequent customers). But, it's so nice to have a place walking distance from the homestead. Can't wait until summer and the patio!

    Wife had the French Dip.... she loved it. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich.... Chicken was over done or reheated in my opinion. It was ok. We had the upgraded "LWT Fries". They were ok - a little rich for me. Noise level was pretty high with it being more of a sports bar atmosphere, but it was ok since we expected that. Service was great. We would go back again.

    It is March Madness so it's expected to be loud. There weren't many healthy options or much for vegetarians other than cheese pizza. Vegetarians aren't the norm but it would nice to have a garden burger or something made of rice. We won't return.

    Have eaten here twice ,the only huge complaint I have is the waffle fries both times have been cold and don't look cooked all the way.I got the bourbon bacon burger(award winning)I'd say it definitely needs more bacon jam(for it was just a small dab each time)Husband had the Cuban he liked it very much.Service has always been spectacular
