When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the hostess. Who then instructed me to go upstairs to be seated. After I was seated, I sat for maybe 20 minutes before I was greeted by my server who clearly was having a great day. He never said hello, or even asked what we wanted for drinks. The food was cold as if it was last of whatever they had in the back. The food was really gross as well. I legit almost gagged after my first bite. The drinks however were good. I believe they were getting ready to close which was honestly pretty obvious because the servers kept standing around as if they were ready for us to leave. I wouldn’t recommend and I will not be back. Food was beyond bland, very cold. Service was terrible as well!

Several issues at the restaurant - We had several large parties and the parties were split between servers. 1. One server was CLEARLY not happy to be at work and it was reflected in the service. The server did not smile the entire night. 2. The restaurant was FREEZING cold. And, there were no attempts to address the temperature inside the restaurant. 3. The food was just not very good. I had not been to Landry's in a while and it was borderline not edible.

We stopped here are Mothers’ Day after driving in from Nashville, so we were very weary and looking for a good meal with great service. Landry’s hit the mark perfectly for us and our server was a hoot! Would definitely go again.

Freezing cold inside; waitress’ initial resposne was: “they ain’t gonna do it but y’all can talk to the manager.” Manager’s immediate response when we asked them to make it less cold was: “sure, i can have the AC turned off for a while.” My wife ordered a drink. They brought everyone else’s, she waits longer then reminds the server. 10 minutes later she reminds the server again, and the response was “hold on, I’m doing a lot right now.” Food came 2 hours late. Adding insult to injury, they bring out two plates, then 10 minutes later, everyone else’s plate, but then forgot my wife’s plate. Server realizes this 5 minutes after that, but has to ask my wife to remind her what she ordered, which raises concern that she may have forgotten to put it in all together. I go talk to the manager, his excuse 3 times over is it’s Mother’s Day. Wrapped the discussion up with both him and the server both exclaiming it’s not their fault. I asked who’s is it? They respond by throwing the kitchen under the bus: “the people cooking the food.” This was a reserved table. Please don’t take on more reservations than you have staff to manage. New Orleans is supposed to be known for its hospitality. Landry’s French Quarter was a disappointment.

Pass on the salmon, way too dry. Green beans in tomato were tasteless as was the dirty rice Our credit card receipts were for the wrong persons. You really want 50 characters? Went for a business dinner. Our waitress was great. We ordered the crab, spinach & Artichoke dip as an appetizer. Came to tell is the kitchen burnt it, so it would be a little longer and when it cam after our main course was served, she gave us a discount. The food was amazing. Great place to eat it you love seafood.

We were on time for our reservation but our table was not ready and were told that they couldn’t say when it would be ready, probably 20 minutes or more. We were also told we could not wait at the bar. . The host and hostess were rude and not helpful at all, not offering any suggestions or alternatives. When we were finally seated the servers were obviously overwhelmed, it took them almost 30 minutes to take our order. Our glasses were dirty, had to ask for utensils since they were not available. The food was good, but not as good as expected. We’ll definitely not come here again or recommend this place at all. I feel for the employees, they looked exhausted, disoriented and exploited.

One of my friends asked what the seasonal veggie was for the crab cake dinner. The waitress stated it was green beans. When her meal came it was asparagus so she simply asked why the girl had said green beans. She responded with “Can you read? The menu said asparagus”. So we were pretty taken aback.

You cannot go wrong choosing Landry's in the French Quarter. The prices were quite reasonable compared to all the better restaurants in the area and the food choices and quality are tops.

The food was so so at best. We waited over 15 minutes for somebody to come take our drink order and it wasn’t busy. They were people smoking weed at the table next to us. One of our members was gluten-free and ordered off of the gluten-free menu and they were cheese and croutons on her salad negating the gluten-free.

Excellent meal and prompt service. We were seated immediately and not rushed through our meal. Lots of delicious menu options including vegetarian and classic NOLA eats. Easily increased our reservation from 7 to 9 people on the day of dining. Music in dining area was turned down as we requested so we could converse easily. Blake was a very courteous and accommodating server. Will definitely dine here again.

Willita was our server and she was great. Everything we ordered was very tasteful and we enjoyed them. I love the alligator bites, dirty rice and shrimp pasta, plus the peach sangria and mango mojito were very refreshing.

Nice restaurant and ambiance. The drinks we ordered off the cocktails menu were very weak, almost no taste of tequila in the margarita or bourbon in the old fashioned. We wanted to try the fried calamari, but they ran out of calamari. The capellini alfredo was very very oily.

Good reviews brought us in. Service at 2pm on a Sunday was a little slow. We were not in a hurry but we sat or 10 minutes before a very friendly server came to take our drink order. Ordered drinks and an app. The crawfish bread was amazing. My beer (run of the mill domestic) blew up and I couldn’t get one. This made me have to rethink my lunch choice. 10 minutes later we gave our order. Patrons who came in after us were getting their main entree as we sat. Again not in a rush, great view of the Mississippi River. Our food came out hot and delicious. The crawfish etoufee was delectable without being too spicy. My sons fish was plentiful with fries and onion strings. Equally good on both counts. After lunch and waiting a bit we finally got our bill. Beer was still on it after the blow up. I politely asked to remove with no issues at all. It took another 10 minutes to pay. All and all we were not in a rush so the service want an issue. Had we had to be somewhere it would have been a factor. Great food. Very polite wait staff.

We all had different seafood options. I had blackened snapper and it was delicious. The others raved about their food also. The service was outstanding. We sat upstairs and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. We were in New Orleans three nights and this was my favorite.

I probably won’t visit here again . We were greeted by a host that wasn’t too nice . Once we were sat we waited almost 10 mins for a server while another table was greeted right away. We were also sprayed by the table cleaning products. Our server was good but for the price of the crab cake I would expect it to be bigger and it wasn’t good.
