The servers were so lovely and helped us to find things to do in the city. The food was really good but for some reason our food was brought out before our appetizer. The view was beautiful, I wish it wasn’t as cold so we could sit outside on the patio area

I’m all about the salmon with maple syrup and bourbon sauce! It’s so good with asparagus and a croquet. The service was very excellent. It’s nice to see boats and water and the lighting was warm

There were five of us and everyone raved at how good the food was. we had roasted oysters and shrimp, onion rings, and garlic butter and hot bread to begin. After that everyone had something different to their liking. I had the red fish etouffee' and rice, and Sukini, which was very good. My wife and I had bananas foster for desert.

I had made a reservation with OpenTable and had requested a table for two for it to look out over the ocean window view and for it to be in a quiet area, if it all possible, and the reservation was made for 930 and when we arrived, there was not a table ready the restaurant was not crowded. There was not people waiting in line for a table, we had to wait for them to prepare a table. We were set at a table next to a birthday party and they were noisy and Service was very slow because they wanted to clean up and set up tables for the next day and instead of waiting on the customers When my food arrived, which I had got crawfish étouffée it arrived lukewarm and the bread was not brought on a platter. It was brought on a paper bag and the bread was cold. When we asked for water refill they brought a picture that had sprite in it, and put it in on the water, so it totally ruin the evening due to the guest that I was entertaining had flown all the way in from Nashville Tennessee for the weekend and I was trying to show them a very good time for New Orleans. I do not think that I will be recommending this restaurant nor will I be returning to this restaurant

Our server was a delight and very personable. The food was quality creole cuisine. Lots of locals so that’s always a good sign for a place with authentic flavor. The food came out fast and drinks weren’t watered down.

There’s some tough competition, you can get really good seafood across New Orleans and the price is on the high side here. Having said that, amazing view, great area for a stroll across the lakeside and the food was really tasty.

This was our first time dining at Landry’s. We ordered the bar trash appetizer, lobster tail and crab bisque with a Caesar salad. The food and service were great. The atmosphere was a little noisy, and where we were seated had a lot of foot traffic. We sat indoors next to the service station and door to the patio. I would definitely dine there again.

This was probably the best dining experience we have had in months. The server was so attentive and friendly. Lunch was excellent, we had gumbo, crawfish etoufee, shrimp and bananas foster crepes. It’s now on my must visit list for New Orleans.

Dear Landry's, We always enjoy coming to Landry's out at the Lake! We bring out of town guests because of the view, and good food. We especially enjoy the onion strings! Your wine is usually good, and we like it cold. The reservation was easy to make online, too.

Great location. Enjoyed seeing the boats come and go and it was a beautiful sunset over the lake. Really liked our server. He was nice and attentive. The food however was disappointing. The shrimp were rubbery and the scallops had a slight funk taste to them. My wife had the blackened redfish with ettoufee. It was better but the fish was over cooked and dry. Love the location, not so much the food.

The fried zucchini was perfectly prepared and a very large portion. The ribeye was seasoned well and cooked exactly to my request. The meat was slightly fatty and I had to grab a random server after waiting about 15 minutes without acknowledgment. She was lovely and apologized and treated us like gold the entire time. I’ll definitely go back.

Was horrible ! We were seated outside and sat there for 30 min without anyone coming to take our order or even give us a drink ! Then we went inside to see what was going on ? We moved our seats to an inside table sat there waiting another 15 min before anyone came to take order ! Finally placed order two appetizers and two entrees! The waiting continues! All good was brought out at the same time ! I told the waitress we wanted appetizers first and she said yeah I know someone forgot to run them ! Food was cold and waitress was horrible would never go back

Took my mother, husband, and our 2 girls (8 and 18 months) for lunch. This wasn’t my first time but both times have been for lunch. Great, calm atmosphere on the water. Wait staff is always super polite and accommodating. Food is great value: large servings for the price. Also delicious! Drinks are also top tier.

Today was my step dad's birthday. Every year we come here to celebrate and every year we have an awesome experience. Our server(Chester) was friendly, attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Looking forward to my visit.

Horrible experience! It was our 45th wedding anniversary and the hostess didn't even have our reservation or check us in on the APP. The restaurant had 1,300 reviews so I thought it would be good. The food was okay and terrible looking overdone, brown looking not fresh looking. The table the hostess was going to sit our party of 6 at d a pole next to it. The hostess said the other hostess was new so she couldn't ask her to smile or be polite. She had no control over her cold, distant unfriendly behavior. No eye contact. The bill was over $350.00. Not worth it. The server was sweet and friendly that was the only good part. We went somewhere else for dessert.

Be mindful when you make a reservation. They may not have a table inside for you and will take you to overflow outside. We ate at 98F outsie. Luckily there were some fans blowing, but not the experience we were hoping for. We were a party of 8 and not everyon's food was ready at the same time. Prices have really gone up since we last went.

Last day in NOLA dinner and it was the worse experience the entire week. The hostess was rude to start. We were seated outside. Table was dirty and not set. Had to ask for silverware twice. After we ordered our food, we never saw our server again. Food came out dry from sitting under heat lamp. Talked to a manager and he was worthless. He could have cared about our experience. Don’t waste your time or money.
