The menu has changed. Not good changes. All steak & seafood. We split salad & steak and it was ok but not worth $110. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday night and I’m sure this is why. When LB was first here on Olsen their menu was fire! It really was a SOUTHWEST steakhouse. I doubt we’ll be back.

I love the location and the easy access to the Globe News Center, Hodgetown and the Civic Center. We have eaten at Las Brisas several times- this was my least favorite meal. First, my Negroni had a tap water ice cube in it that frankly marred the taste of the cocktail. Second, the Las Brisas salmon was over cooked but covered with an incredible buerre blanc that almost made up for it. My wilted greens weren’t wilted enough. Dessert bread pudding was very good- definitely shareable. I’ve never been impressed with the wine list. For the price of the food the wine list doesn’t compare. Server was attentive and informative- great service! We will be back, but Las Brisas, you must do better.

The steak was very over cooked. Disappointed for this place is a steak house. The lobster Mac cheese was just weird. It had an off taste so we didn’t eat it. The lobster and shrimp fettuccine was good. Overall we will not be coming back. Our bill was over $200 even with the steak credit. Which we appreciate them taking the cost of the steak off…as we didn’t eat it.

It was ok. Overpriced a bit for the quality. Steak was overdone and creamed spinach had tomatoes and mushrooms which wasn’t expected. Didn’t eat it. Server was nice.

Really disappointed!! Went to Las Brisas for a birthday dinner with friends. There is NO ambiance…too much light, high ceilings, windows. The glassware was cloudy, not sparkling. The server was not properly trained. We ordered 2 different wines and they were out of both. When the food arrived the server didn’t know whose was whose so we had to just cut into the steak and trade with each other. The food was not hot…barely warm meat and potatoes and the vegetables were “crispy”. The quality of the meat was very good, but absolutely everything else was sub standard and not worth the expensive price!! We will NOT return.

Service, atmosphere and waitress were fine, but the medium rare strip steak came out way overcooked, gray through and through. The replacement steak was only slightly less overcooked, with a minuscule hint of pink in the very thickest part.

The food was wonderful. The service was meh. The ambiance was nice. The value...it felt overpriced for the overall experience. I did make a note in the reservation where prompted that we were celebrating a birthday and there was no acknowledgment of that at all. That was disappointing.

The music was a bit loud at times and I think we heard nothing but Michael Buble the entire time and we weren’t rushing to get outta there. The food was very good but a bit pricey. Our server was kind and attentive.

The staff led by Jimmy and Loni was excellent! Our server Janae was great! Food was outstanding! Highly recommended prior to the Amarillo Symphony concerts; which takes place a block away.

Food: Fish dishes were cooked to perfection--excellent. Value: Nearly $400 for party of 4. All had apps, 2 desserts, 1 glass wine, and 4 entrees. Noise: Upon arrival, we were the only party. Music was blaring and we asked to be turned down. It was lowered slightly, but not enough to have a conversation. Second trip to hostess stand did the trick. Service: Where to begin? Poor from start to finish and not what we experienced last year. Inattentive waitress who when she did appear interrupted conversation, got drink orders wrong, seemed annoyed she had to replace silverware removed with apps placing them on the wrong diner's bread plate rather than re-setting the table, loudly announced we were waiting on desserts (yes, we know, we were the ones who ordered them 15 minutes prior), etc. I could go one. Frankly don't care when she declared she had been working all day--not an excuse, and again, we as the paying customers don't care. What happened to staff training? Hard to say if we will return given the way service has deteriorated.

We ordered the salmon as an add-on to a small caesar salad and as an entree blackened with risotto. All items were tasty and fresh. Only complaint was risotto was cool except under the salmon. Asked for a reheat and got a second one that was not as good as the first. Lovely MJ was our server and she was great.

Our server was super nice and spread out our courses out perfectly, while still getting us wrapped up to make the symphony. The calamari was very good and salmon was OK. We were at a table that felt right in the middle of a walk way, so not ideal. This is a small space and feels a bit cramped. Price point for what you get is a bit on the high side.

Went here for our anniversary, requested a nice table and got put at one of the worst tables, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Had to wait for our server to even acknowledge us for over 10 minutes, we just ended up leaving without eating, you expect much better from a fine dining restaurant. I’m not new to fine dining and this is not worth the money

Valentine dinner, very busy but still good service. Was served the large 16 oz steak instead of the smaller ribeye. Food was excellent, just more than I needed and the steaks were over-priced. Appetizers were very good and wine was adequate
