   Every food item brought out was cold. I imagine it would have been good if it were hot. The waiter didn’t follow up for us to complain for 15-20 min. The manager made an excuse about being busy and offered dessert to make up for the cold food, but it wasn’t good. Our entire meal should have been on the house. Mothers Day was a bust thanks to this experience.

   Quality of food significantly lower than when we came last year. Service was slow, value for money was low to poor. You’re paying for the location. There are lots of dining options in downtown Annapolis; you can enjoy a better meal for cheaper elsewhere.

   It's important to say my experience was on Mother's Day, so they may have been busier than normal. The service wasn't the best. It took way too long to get our drinks, we barely saw the waiter we had to ask a different waiter/host for plates for our appetizers, and my sister's food was served cooled twice.

   Unfortunately we had very poor service there today. Nice waiter, just left us unattended forever and didn’t bring us what we needed when asking in advance for it. Very disappointing.

   The service was slow and inconsistent. The room on the third floor had no ambiance whatsoever. The buffet was mediocre at best. The buffet was located on the second floor down the stairs which made it inaccessible for several members of our party with disabilities. I would not recommend nor return to Latitude 38.

   We went for Easter Brunch. At $55 for adults, it was not worth the price. There was nothing spectacular served or any special dishes. I guess a lot of the price was for being in Annapolis by the water. The desserts were store bought frozen pies (Chocolate Cream and Coconut) as two examples. I was expecting this to be a nicer restaurant with the location and the price, but I had not been here before. The female wait staff, dressed in t-shirts and shorts was better suited to be working at the Boatyard or Lure's. The staff working the carving station were young kids where normally it is someone from the kitchen staff in other places I have been. I would be hesitant to try this restaurant again after this experience.

   The food and view here is fantastic- the seafood Alfredo and tuna stack was amazing. Our server was very good- the cocktail service was my only complaint. It took 25 minutes for our cocktails to come- (at no fault of the server!!) The drinks came from the bar downstairs and apparently they were slammed at 6:30pm. We switched to beer/wine after which allowed the server to pour himself which made the service much quicker.

   This was the 2nd time we ate dinner here. Both times food was amazing and waitress was very nice. Accommodated my Gluten Allergy and even had a GF dessert. Very much impressed with this restaurant and will be back again.

    I had a great time at Latitude 38. The food was great and my server, Monica, was awesome and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
