    I wouldn’t book a brunch there again. They didn’t have a bartender and wouldn’t make mimosas or any drinks including mocktails.

    Excellent Italian food in a hotel environment. Pleasant staff. Moderately high prices. I found it one of the better Italian restaurants in the Princeton area. The only one I like as much is Mercato in Kingston.

    The service and food at Laurea was incredible. The summer menu is outstanding. I have had many watermelon and feta salads, and this one is hands down the best. Cynthia was our server, and she was so nice, had incredible recommendations and made us feel so welcome! Highly recommend.

    We had a lovely time, it was quiet on a Saturday evening. Food was good and fresh, the wait staff was way too attentive while we were trying to have conversation and enjoy our time. Appreciate an attentive staff member checking but it must have been over 10 times.

    We went there on a Saturday night, it wasn’t busy at all. Drinks were just ok and pizza was soggy. Crab cake was good. My favorite dish was tuna tartar and pasta bolognese.

    Lovely place to enjoy a bite to eat. Reservation system is easy to use. Was late getting there due to a family event and added one person to the reservation. Very accommodating. Food is excellent! Will be back again next time I visit Princeton.

    Fun for a graduation weekend dinner with a party of 11. Service was a bit slow, but the food was good and everyone had a nice time. I did not feel like we were in the middle of a hotel!

    There were so many people that waited on us. Everyone was very attentive and nice. My husbands prime rib was excellent and my chicken was good but not excellent. The Laurea is the most beautiful restaurant ever! We had out small wedding dinner there last year so it was nice to be back!

    We love this restaurant! We have been there several times now, and find the food outstanding. The sea bass I had this week was spectacular. I've had sea bass at probably 20+ restaurants, as it's one of my favorite meals. The sea bass at Laurea was crispy on the outside an so tender and moist on the inside. I've had sea bass that had crispy skin, but this was without skin and the flesh was crispy and out of this world. My dining partner had the mixed seafood dish and said it was some of the best he's had - and he's not easy. Laurea is inside the Hyatt Regency on Route One near Princeton. The Laurea dining room has never been crowded or noisy when we are there. Even though there was a wedding going on at the hotel, we were insulated from all the commotion once inside the eatery. I love Hyatts anyway, (and getting extra points for dining there is great), but I would go there any time I get the chance, even if it was a no-name place. Great prices, too. Ask for the "secret" wine list, which offers bottles of off-menu wines at half price. Good service, nice venue, and I'm embarrassed that we have been ignoring this gem in our own back yard for years.

    The food and service both exceeded our expectations, especially for a restaurant in a hotel. When we first arrived, I was concerned that the restaurant would be very noisy due to the layout and events going on at the hotel but I was pleasantly surprised that our table was quiet enough to allow good conversation, even with my 80 year old mom who has hearing issues. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the service was friendly and attentive.

    The vegan options listed on the menu are not actually vegan. In this day and age, to mark certain items as vegan that have cow’s milk cheese on them seems misleading. A few items can be adjusted to accommodate vegans, but the menu markings are not accurate.

    Waitress was good. She was very busy with a large table. Dehydrated tomatoes and crostini on our salad was impossible to eat. Polenta was chunky, gnocchi was gummy and thick. Two of us did not enjoy our meals at all. The other person enjoyed their filet mignon.

    The service was top notch! Friendly and efficient wait staff. Delicious food. A really great place for Italian food! Would definitely go again to try the pizza. They looked delicious.

    Great friendly service in the Hyatt beautiful setting. Food was disappointing. Open faced meatball sandwich was served with a bread that was past its life. As hard as a rock. The salads were ok and very good burger. Nice cocktails. But inedible bread for an entree made the food less than good overall. You would never see this at places you love and would go back to.

    Good place to have a quick bite and drink and maybe watch the game while on solo business travel. The food is on par with other restaurants in the area and allow you to not have to leave the hotel. Especially important if you do not have a car. Service was excellent.

    Great food! Cool atmosphere. Friendly service but staff was definitely short handed. A few botched drink orders but not a deal killer. We left our hotel to eat at this hotel restaurant and it was a pleasant surprise.

    The service was terrific. The duck was outstanding. The lobster bisque was a little salty. Overall, this is a wonderful restaurant. Great ambiance. And our grandchild enjoyed looking at the koi fish in the pond.

    I was very disappointed. Our server was very pleasant but that is all that I can say that is positive. Restaurant bills out as Italian with no more than two entrees representative of Italian food on the menu. With tip spent *$80.00 on two glasses of wine and two hamburgers. Additionally, the restaurant is smack in the middle of the hotel. Unless you are staying at the hotel and are on the go, I would skip this place. There are so many better places in and around the Princeton area to pick from. Will not be going again.

    There was literally no one else dining for approximately 40 minutes into our dinner service. The restaurant was pretty much empty. The food selection was limited. However, they were able to offer my daughter carrots instead of spinach and asparagus as sides. The chef cooked her carrots even though it was not on the menu. Her filet took longer to cook than everyone’s meals, therefore her food came out 10-13 minutes after we all started eating. So I ended up feeding her from my plate. The tiramisu was frozen as I got midway into eating it. Overall, for last minute dinner reservations they served their purpose.

    This is a great spot for Pizza if you don't have access to a car and need to stay local in Princeton. The bar drink menu is also quite good.

    I celebrated my son’s birthday at Laurea. The service was good, the place was tranquil as it was a weekday night, and it worked out in our favor! The food was excellent, and we all enjoyed the experience. We will go there again to enjoy the superb food.

    These people called back after we paid, stated that I didn’t pay for my child. As stated in their Mothers Day Brunch menu, kids 5 and over are charged their regular Mother’s Day brunch fee. My child is 3. I explained this to the gentleman that called and he said you got charged 105.00 only. You should have been charged 205.00. I stated to him, first of all I was charged a total of 170.00 (that included gratuity) and second of all my child is only 3. He stated that we will figure it out on my end. Don’t really understand the call back, as i was celebrating with my Mother’s her day to be questioned in front of my family.
