Laurelhurst Market is an American restaurant, bar and butcher shop. Not too many places can do as many things well as this particular eatery. If guests just need some premium meat to bring home to cook, the butcher shop has its own entrance at the side of the building where guests can peruse all kinds of cuts of beef, lamb, pork and various kinds of house made sausages and pate. Naturally, Laurelhurst Market's menu focuses on the many fine cuts of meat that are cut on-site as well as farm fresh produce. Appetizers include the Charcuterie Board that features house made cured meats and pates with seasonal mostarda and house pickles. The most popular entrées include the Ribeye and the Olympia Provisions Pork Chop!

Been here 2 times for dinner the last 2 months. Both times service was painfully slow and lack luster waiters that seem to not care at all. Go here for lunch. Dinner is not worth it. Super disappointing service. Food is above average but not worth the price

I been coming here for my birthday for nearly 10 years and order the same thing, steak frites. It’s consistently been the best I’ve found in Portland, until last night. The steak was much smaller than usual and the seasoning and presentation was not up to the usual standard. The fries were also undercooked. The server left me with and empty wine glass twice. Considering the special occasion and the cost of dining there I was really disappointed. Not sure if I’ll be back if this is what it’s come to.

Another wonderful night at Laurelhurst Market. The food was 100% fantastic. So many new things on the menu to try too. Don't miss the crispy mushrooms! Our server was prompt, always taking care of us but not overly waiting the table. Service was at a good pace not too fast not too slow. Was a fairly lively Thursday night. Looking forward to our next visit.

Thank Jordan-I made anniversary reservations as we love to sit at the bar. Great people in there😎and thank you again. We walked up to our favorite seats seeing small bouquet of flowers, so kind! It’s not just because they have outstanding service, hands down the hanger steak is the best we’ve ever had. Great flavor and no knife needed, so tender. Harvest salad with pickled vegetables is tremendous and we probably have it 7-8 times always with seasonal variations. Thank you all for your service, kindness and just being you because you all are amazing.

Absolutely fantastic experience for our anniversary dinner. Sat on the patio which was pleasant and quiet enough to enjoy our conversation. Food and cocktails were absolutely spectacular. Absolutely recommend the maitake mushrooms and the hangar steak - so flavorful and cooked perfectly. All of the cocktails we ordered were phenomenal as well - and super unique flavors/tastes. Will definitely come back the next time we're in town.

Everything about this place is amazing. Amazing service, amazing food. Very accommodating. Best New York steak I've ever had. A wonderful to celebrate my husband's birthday.
