   Overall it was a good experience! A lady who was running our drinks spilled my entire cocktail on my friend and our lap…. They remade the drink but did nothing on our bill, didn’t even take care of the drink? The server didn’t even acknowledge and just said they don’t do “birthday shots”. Super odd. Food was good, however didn’t love wearing a cocktail.

   I had booked layer cake for a bachelorette party and upon making the reservation i had specified I was going to order a cake as a surprise for the bride to be. Everything was great, ordered our food and told the waiter we wanted a cake and then another waiter comes over while we’re eating our food and asks if we ordered dessert, i said yes and that was it. Until he came back a few minutes later when we were finished and he asked what we ordered for dessert. At this point I didn’t even know what to say because it was supposed to be a surprise and now it was ruined. I told him the situation and he apologized and walked away. When we spoke to the manager about it he pulled up the reservation and saw that it was supposed to be a surprise. He comped the cake and brought out shots for the table which was nice. Once the cake was finally out, we had no utensils to eat the cake for at least 10 minutes until we had to call someone over to thing utensils. Not to mention the bride ordered Mac&cheese with her meal and they kept saying they’re bringing it out. We finally ended up canceling it and didn’t come out until our meal was completely finished and already canceled. The food runner then had an attitude with us for saying we canceled it. Meanwhile the table next to who say way after us had already received their Mac& cheese. To make matters even more funny, our waiter then told the bride happy birthday… TERRIBLE communication between staff but their efforts to make things right was appreciated. The rooftop was very nice though. Would probably only go back for the rooftop & drinks.

   Layer cake was everything we hoped it would be! Went for brunch with a party of 8 during my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in Nashville. Ambiance, food and service were amazing! So many cute picture spots and the rooftop was so beautiful and fun! Everyone loved it and will definitely be going back!

   Thoroughly enjoyed our trip for lunch. The location is beautiful! Andrew the bartender was our waiter and he was great! Let us know lunch option were available and suggested a smaller cake than we had planned -and it was plenty! Told us to feel free to roam. Thursday lunch was great as it was quieter and we got loads of pics! Such a fun place!

   The ambiance is great. Very “instagramable”. Service was lack luster…We sat for quite a while before a server came to the table. Our appetizer was the duck fat tots, and they came out ice cold. We were not able to get drink refills. Server did not check on us until after we finished eating. Getting the checks was a lengthy wait, and our server was never around. A little disappointing overall.

    Our service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We didn’t get water till 45 minutes after we sat down. Our server maybe came to the table 3 times the entire time and was very unhelpful. The bar tender told us to be patient when we ordered drinks after waiting for them for 45 minutes.

    Went for a late dinner and It was dead probably didn’t even need a reservation. Everything turned out great our waitress was super sweet and offered to take pics for us. The cakes are huge we ordered the one that serves 2 and It couldve fed 4. Couldve done without the macaroons. Definitely recommend the Mac and cheese and Buffalo chicken egg rolls, the cocktails were amazing!!!

    We did not have a great experience at Wonder Room. Our reservation was for 7:30 pm but they told us to the our table was not ready until 8:00pm. The table was not cleaned very well and our server did not make timely appearances to check up refills of drinks. When the cake I ordered was delivered we had to wait a while for us to receive forks, plates and a knife to cut the cake. Lastly, the bathrooms were aweful. Toilet paper all over the floor in many stalls and wet unclean floors and sink. It was filthy. -Sarah Nichols

    Celebrated a 21st birthday and Loved everything about this restaurant! The food and cocktails were delicious. Our party had the fish tacos, cheesesteak, smash burger, and filet. And we ended with the yummy cupcake carousel!! The service was great, friendly, fast.

    Firstly, the mashed potatoes were terrible. Then the table we were sitting at kept moving. The bathroom at toilet paper all over the floor and then there was no toilet paper of seat covers. I paid almost 200$ and wasn’t too happy.

    I was really looking forward to going here… And I would say that the ambience in the wonder room is a fun experience. But after that, I felt like the food was just mediocre and the service was not that great. Plus it was expensive. I would recommend it for a drink only in the wonder room.

    We went for brunch and it was good but nothing too special and portions were small. Our waiter was AMAZING though so that made it so much fun. Super cute atmosphere and photo ops all around the restaurant. They are heavy on the alcohol in their drinks so that was great too given the price.

    The vibe for a girls night out was perfect and so fun! We loved the photo ops and cupcake carousel. The food was good and our server was kind and fun. One complaint- the women’s bathroom on the first floor was a bit gross.

    We were probably not the right clientele on target for this place. We were forgotten about from the service staff, it took an hour to get 2 appetizers that we ordered, I was able to order 1 drink but not another and by the end of it, we had empty water glasses and didn't see our waitress for about an hour. She did apologize for the lack of attentiveness and then we didn't find her again for another 30 minutes where we had to get our check and roll out. Food was decent albeit a little pricey for the portion. Granted, it is in the heart of tourism Nashville so will pay for location scenario. Nothing to really right home about. I'd recommend coming in for your insta pics, drink a bar and seek a spot elsewhere that will be more attentive.

    Service was very slow. 15 minutes for drinks to come out and about 30 minutes for food. Server was very nice but kept disappearing. It took almost 2 hours for 2 of us to eat. Fried chicken salad came with no chicken and after 20 minutes of looking for it the server just gave up and took it off the bill. We tried to flag down the manager a few times but he just walked through the dining room as fast as possible starring at the floor.

    First, the food is mediocre at best however, the saving grace is the atmosphere and Instagram worthy content all around you. It’s beautiful from the moment you walk in. Such a great girlfriends spot. Would definitely go for brunch. We went pre Taylor swift concert and it was fantastic.

    It was the first day of a new menu, but it was obvious the kitchen was overwhelmed and there was only one server, who was working really hard. She was great, but the kitchen just didn't have it together. The Greek salad was very small on salad and had a huge rectangle of extremely salty grilled cheese on top in addition to feta. At 12:15 the kitchen had already run out of (or never had ingredients for?) the fish tacos. Some work friends have had similar experiences there, where the restaurant was virtually empty on a weeknight and they wanted to know if they had reservations.
