   Food is great, super fresh and vibrant! The ambiance is great, but it's a great place to relax and catch up with friends. Recommend ordering everything at once and have plates come out as they're finished.

   Great location marred by untrained servers unfamiliar with the menu and food items that took nearly an hour to arrive. Hot tip, people come to LBD to talk with each other so turn down the music so that can happen.

   Everything on the menu (food and drinks) are delicious and well balanced. There are so many options to choose from to please everyone. Ambience is wonderful. Love the ceviche and salmon poke tacos. Happy hour is fantastic. Have been here numerous times, constantly recommend it, and will continue to return!

   Very slow service, took 30 minutes to get a beer. Then had to flag down waiter to place order for food. Finally we had to leave after 80 minutes of being there and all food had not arrived yet. Also they forgot to place my wife’s food order so we both had to leave hungry. Also the bill came incorrect and had to go ask them to correct it. It’s unfortunate because we had a great experience in December but the service has really been declining. I hope they are just short handed and aren’t intentionally tasking one waiter with the entire patio for drinks and food.

   Food was good. Went for a date night. the cute lanterns weren’t lit so it was super dark. The heat lamp behind us went out two mins after we sat down, we asked to turn it on and they said if it shut off it means that it ran out of gas…. We ordered espresso martinis and apparently they don’t have an espresso machine? So kind of confused why it was on the menu. Food was good but a lot of hiccups in the service.

   My overall experience wasn’t great. This was my first time visiting LBD and doubt I will be back. In my opinion, the food and drinks were average, nothing to rave about. The service was really slow, even though the outdoor patio was half full. Multiple items were wrong with my order, wrong drinks were brought out, food never came to the table, etc. we were running late to a show so didn’t even bother to mention it to the waiter. We just wanted to pay the bill and leave, paying was even a challenge as we couldn’t find anyone who could give us our bill. So much potential for this spot, too bad it’s mismanaged.

    Server was amazing!!!! She added value to the whole experience. Food & drink prices were slightly on the higher end for the taste & portion size. I would definitely recommend lights be added in certain areas of the venue. At our particular seat it was so dark we all had to pull out our cellphone flashlights to see the menu & the server even had to pull out her cell phone flashlight after she asked to check our id’s. But otherwise good experience we all had a great time!!

    After seated 20-25 minutes went by, no one came and took our order. So I casually went to the bar and bought my wife and I some coctails. I guess the bartender new that I wasn’t being serviced so 5 minutes later the manager came to our table and apologized. Nevertheless won’t be spending another dime at that establishment ever.

    Been to LBD several times in the past. We can see where the new GM, Michael, is on top of the situation. With a private party going on, Michael helped with taking orders and serving. Made the evening run smoothly.

    Food great, but way too windy. Drinks were blown over, spilling contents on guest. Restaurant didn’t adjust by letting us go inside. They did comp us a tee shirt after the wine spill. Would go again, but if the wind is high pick another place.

    I've been here a few times and the service has always been a mixed bag. Sometimes the servers are really attentive and friendly. Other times, you can't find anyone to help you and it's like they almost seem to ignore you. On issue they need to fix is that when we order sushi, they should be bringing the shoyu, ginger and wasabi right away. It pretty much goes without saying. Instead, we've had to ask for these things over and over again. I asked the helper who brought the sushi to our table (not our server) for wasabi and she never came back. I would suggest you ask for everything you need right away because it may take some time before you get what you want. Be prepared for hot/cold service when dining at LBD.

    Service was very slow. Our drink order of wine and old fashion didn’t come out until nearly all of our food came out. I had to go to the bar to ask for water. And then one of the bartenders was standing literally doing nothing and told me they were new and thanks for being patient when I asked for status on my drinks. Food was good and I loved the ambiance. But service was horrible. Our server was working hard but looked flustered, perhaps overwhelmed.

    We have been there quite a few times and loved the experience. But this last time was really bad. It took 15-25 mins before anyone came to take our drink order and even after that another 20-30 mins before drinks came and it was wrong.

    Second time here , Got ramen the first time (delicious) and went the sushi route this time . Very nice night date spot …low lighting and great cocktails ! Highly recommended the creamy shrimp appetizer!!

    Nice venue, original waithelp was good, but then the new waiter who seemed to come on his shift at 4 pm was disinterested. We didn't get happy hour prices until I pointed out the discrepancy in the bill and even then only on the food, not the drinks. I still tipped a bit over 20%, kind of regretting that, but instead, just won't return, which is too bad, because the venue was really nice.

    I wanted to really like this place. We waited about 30 minutes for our drinks and an hour for starters. I felt bad for our server Brandon as he kept apologizing but clearly the kitchen was the problem. Place is fun vibe but super dark if your sitting outside at the tables. Why not add some overhead lights? Seriously it is no fun eating in the dark. The food orders were actually really tasty and good but the wait was too long and persons around us were also complaining. Heard it’s a mainland company running this place and not sure that’s the issue. Fix your kitchen and get more staff and lights. We won’t be back as there are too many options that get it right.

    The portions are too small and overpriced, but inflation. The service was slow even though there wasn’t a lot of customers. The bar tender complaining about being overwhelmed wasn’t a selling point either. She complained about having to do her job. Probably would not recommend this place to friends.     Our server in the beginning was great, but because his shift was ending, we closed our tab with him and before he left, he said someone would be by to take our order. After he left, service was very poor. Waited almost an hour to actually order anything. When we finally did order, we ordered 5 food items, and only 2 things came. After about 30 min, we asked someone if they could check on the sushi we ordered, to which he rolled his eyes. Then, only 2 of the 3 remaining dishes came. After another 30 min, when at this point, we were all done and ready to leave, we asked to cancel the last dish, to which the same person rolled their eyes again. There were other things that occurred that attributed to my opinion on the quality of the service, and I think we were being fair in the amount of time we waited before following up with staff. The actual food and drinks were good, but overall, we did not have a great experience here.

    It wasn’t busy. Hostess did not seem enthusiastic to be working. Server couldn’t help us and just gave us menus. The drinks tasted like syrup.

    I brought my husband here for his birthday. The ambiance is very chic and the low lights are romantic in the evening. It was nice, but they forgot some of our food items. No big deal, I’m sure the kitchen was busy. Food was good, tiny portions, but flavorful sashimi and raw choices. I’d go again.

    The restaurant was very accommodating. We were running late and was unable to contact them. However I was able to call their sister restaurant and they were able to pass the message along. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and sat down. We arrived during happy hour- the food and drink menu had good options . Our server and food was great. The spicy tuna with crispy rice was tasty and unique. The lime sushi was a surprise bite with the lime in the salmon. I also ordered the spicy Toki - , tasted like a maitai with a hint of warmth(like a holiday cocktail. I definitely will be back again .

    All the food bloggers overhyped this place. Happy hour was a great deal for okay food. The cocktail menu didn't have much variety, was quite whisky heavy, and VERY expensive. Our server, John, was great though.
