   Only noisy at full capacity. Good staff, menu selection was broad and interesting to us. Fine Whisky selection, even for the bourbon folks, lol. Wine list was good for a small location, assume benefit of Montreal City. Worth you time, trust your gut.

   Service was excellent. Food was plated really elegant and appetizing. Meals are innovative and very tasty. Salmon tartare is one of the best! A great experience. Portions are small, so don't expect to walk out stuffed!

    Wow, what a place. The reservation was a smooth experience. The ambiance is lit. The food menu is very well curated. I tried the Calamri, Duck Confetti Pasta, and Tiramisu. Extremely delicious and filling pasta. The presentation of the food makes it worth the price. 😁

    Tout était excellent, de l’ambiance à la nourriture, en passant par le service. Mon seul bémol est que les portions ont considérablement diminuées. Nous avons pris la pieuvre. À notre dernière visite, nous avions 3 beaux morceaux alors que cette fois-ci, nous n’avons eu droit qu’à une seul morceau de pieuvre. Un peu décevant.

    J'ai clairement spécifié au serveau qu'on ne mange pas de viande rouge mais il m'en à servi quand même dans mon assiette. Le service était lent et non-chaleureux, pas digne d'un resto comme celui-ci.

    Première fois pour nous deux à Le Carré. Excellent service, rapide et courtois, choix variés, pieuvre et tartane saumon délicieux, nous allons y retourner. 200$ pourboires inclus pour entrées, assiettes principales, 3 verres de vin et 2 cafés.

    Absolument délicieux! Service impeccable, rien à redire! Toutes mes belles-sœurs ont adoré leur plat! Le restaurant est petit et il y avait un party de bureau pendant notre souper. Un peu bruyant mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de notre souper.

    We enjoyed the small setting. The perfect round table for 4 by the window. The lighting was elegant. The service was spot on. The food very delicious and great presentation. I did find it a little pricey … but that’s the world today … the grocery stores are pricey too so it makes sense. Wish we arrived earlier and took the time to walk around the beautiful downtown Montreal. Next time.

    Excellent service. Delicious cocktails and appetizers. We had the tuna, the duck pasta, both were very flavourful. The restaurant is small but tastefully decorated. The young servers were fluently bilingual, polite, and very professional.

    The food and service here are spectacular! We had the veal and grilled octopus entrees - both dishes were divine. My boyfriend said that the wagyu beef carpaccio was the best he’s ever had. Excellent espresso martinis as well. Very attentive and helpful wait staff. Highly recommend!

    The food, ambiance and service was incredible!! We loved everything about our experience!! I had the pasta with the duck and it was exquisite. The appetizer which was the shrimp was also outstanding!! We will definitely return!!😁
