    When our group of four arrived a few minutes early at the door for our 7:30pm reservation, we were not greeted. After a few minutes of no communication, I decided to navigate through the busy lobby of guests also waiting to be seated. I was finally able to locate and speak to the "hostess". She seemed overwhelmed, dismissive, offered no smile or pleasant greeting and asked for our reservation name. No apologies, no direction and no ETA for our table. The manager was standing close to the group of people waiting in the lobby, looking stressed, but spoke to none of us. Some polite communication, an apology, or perhaps offering a cold drink at the bar would've been nice. Off went the "hostess" running around again, looking confused and returning a few minutes later. Once again, she asked for my name and then we were told that they were "setting up our table". This was clearly an excuse to buy more time (we could see our table and it was always set up lol) and it took another 10-15 minutes until we were finally seated. From there, our waitress was polite, competent and delivered our food in an acceptable amount of time. Our meals arrived hot, tasty and the steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The manager finally wandered over, did a quality check and offered an apology for our earlier wait time to be seated. A little late, but happy that it was done. Everything was reasonably priced and we enjoyed our meals. Our night started off a little shaky, but the overall experience was very good and enough for us to return again. Advice from a former fine dining general manager... first impressions are crucial and many would walk out, with our initial experience. Simply communicate, smile and greet everyone that comes in! If the hostess is busy, a manager or bartender should provide the first friendly contact for everyone walking in the door. Thank you!

    Went for Bday dinner and was very disapointed. The server was super busy running around with many bigger tables and then I ordered steak and lobster and meal came without Lobster! and said will be another 4 minutes... after finishing my Steak, the lobster came and was AWFUL. and the watress never came back to even ask and only came back for Bill to get us to leave for next table. First impression not so good - too bad as i've heard some great things about this place.

    Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of their meal. My wife spoke very highly of it, which means it was really good, because she is a great cook and is very particular. It was so good that she wants to go back. Service was friendly. The restaurant was a bit loud with a large group in our area, but that's ok. That's not the restaurant's fault. It was a Friday night. Prices were more reasonable that at some other restaurants in Oshawa.

    The food was really good and the service was amazing. We told them we were going to the show and they accommodated us even though the place was packed. Our only comment would be that it was very noisy. We would definitely go back.

    We had a wonderful time at Legend of Fazio's. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I wish I had asked our server's name, but she was lovely. She seemed like a pro. Thanks for a fun night.

    Don't miss a chance to enjoy the fabulous food and service here. Prime rib is steak or pasta all wonderfully prepared. Great spot for a group as well

    Absolutely the best seafood pasta I’ve ever had. Beautiful restaurant and lovely server. Can definitely say this will challenge any Toronto restaurants. What a hidden gem in Oshawa.

    Fantastic evening. Very busy night so the room we were in was louder than we would like but everything else made up for it. We will definitely be returning. Drinks, appetizers and mains were incredible. As good or better then the Keg and much more reasonable.

    This was a delicious meal from start to finish. The service was great and the atmosphere was a good one for this occasion. I would highly recommend this spot in the future to anyone visiting Downtown Oshawa.

    Wonderful experience. Six of us in prior to the Doobie Brothers concert. Service was excellent thanks to Kristen and the food was quick and superb quality. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s pretty reasonable and the food is excellent. Very polished operation for sure

    First time @ Fazios last night and it was a wonderful evening. I had the lamb shank and my girlfriend had the chicken parm. Both were beyond expectations. Definitely recommend this restaurant. We’ll be coming back when were in this area again. 👍👍

    We had a lovely experience at Legend of Fazio! Our food was delicious, our server was very pleasant and friendly. Noise level increased with the number of diners arriving but was not overpowering. We will return.

    My only comment would be to have more 'fabrics' or items that would absorb sound. We weren't that many in the restaurant at the same time - but it was a bit louder than preferred.

    We were the only ones in the restaurant at 6pm on a Wednesday night. I had the porkchop special and it was ok, although a little dry. My wife's ribeye was inedible grizzle. Waitress offered something else, but she didn't want to wait. We've been here many times, and the food has always been very good. This time, not so much.

    Warm bread and honey whipped butter at the beginning was to die for. Bruschetta and chicken parm was delicious. Our server was very kind and attentive.
