                                                                                      The Filet was cooked perfectly however the mashed potatoes were WAY overly salted making them inedible. Waitress indicated they were garlic mashed however all you could taste was salt. When the filet is bacon wrapped which is naturally salty, the Demi glacé is on the salty side which again is to be expected, the mashed potato’s need not be salted as heavy handed. Been many times before and ordered the same dish and haven’t experienced this before. The apps we had were delicious as usual.

                                                                                      Came here for my birthday and it was very nice and intimate, great for a date night as well with low lighting, candles and not loud! The calamari was delicious and tasted fresh. The portions were great and the staff were very friendly! Definitely will be back. Thanks for making my bday so special:)

                                                                                      The food was amazing, we had mussels, Caesar and caprese salad to start. Steak for a main, the garlic mashed potatoes were fantastic. Wine was great, not a crazy selection but enough to find a nice bottle. The server was great, ambience was old school but nice. The location in Oshawa is a bit gritty, but regardless the restaurant is worth a visit.

I was disappointed that the Prime rib was not available since that is why we went there. Also one sever for the entire restaurant and bar so service was not very good. No water or bread until we asked. Server did comp the desserts due to the lack of menu. Overall the restaurant is quiet and clam and the food quality and taste are very good.

                                                                                      Went for a nice, quiet anniversary dinner and were seated in a private section however we found it difficult to have a conversation with the noise of the other patrons. The calamari was quite good as well as the ossobuco. The prime rib was disappointing. It was described as being aged for 40 days but didn’t taste or look like it was. Ordered it medium rare and it was served very rare and not very tender. Service was slow and not very attentive.

                                                                                      Slow night, yet the only server was overwhelmed by a large group as the manager watched TV and chatted at the bar. Snail's pace from the kitchen, and you could tell the server was trying her best while left on her own. Food was not fresh, either heated in the oven or left under heat lamps. Far cry from our last visit over a year ago, when service was professional and food was fresh on both slow and busy nights. The manager made us wait to pay the server when we tried to leave, even joked about her as if she was the problem. He went and hid in the back instead of helping us. Because of his unprofessional behavior, we won't be returning to what once was a favorite restaurant.
