Our party of 4 was sat at a table that was bordered by a brightly lit hallway and the server station - not even sure why the table placement exists as it was such a poor location. We asked to be moved to a place with more ambience/less traffic an the host made the change. The server was great but the service was extremely slow. We had a 6pm reservation and indicated we had an 8pm show we had to attend so would like to be out by 7:30ish - told this wouldn't be a problem. By 7:10 our food had not yet arrived so we asked if we could pay for our bill before getting our food just to keep things moving along. Once the food arrived, we shoveled it in with the 15 minutes we had left before we had to make our showtime. The food was good, but the experience was subpar. The images of the restaurant show a lovely setting that is on their main floor. We were sat upstairs in an area with much less ambience that, of course, is not showcased on the website. Beware when you book a reservation here, who knows where you'll get seated or at what timeline your food will arrive,.

We enjoyed this restaurant and will make it a point to return. The food was exceptional. The service was great. Our waiter helped us make some selections. The decor is lovely.

Nice restaurant, but unfortunately we had to wait 45 min to get our dish, so you need to have time. I ordered Medium steak without spices. It was rare and very spicy. But the quality of the food was amazing and service very friendly. Nice ambiance.

Loved our time there and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the empanadas, the scallop ceviche, and of course... The churros. The drinks are very good too. We particularly enjoyed the ambiance downstairs so no need to feel disappointed when you don't get the upstairs main room!

The food & cocktails are delicious! Our waiter, Jorge, was very friendly and gave us many menu suggestions, and we loved everything! The only downside is that the tables are very close together, and you can hear other people's conversations; the noise is too much

The only positive part of our dining experience was the attentive server, who was professional and accommodated changing a drink for us. All in all, the cocktails and food at Lena were disappointing. The cocktails tasted like pre-made mix and ice. The food arrived less than luke warm, was bland and underwhelming. The chicken was dry. The mushrooms were covered in a thick sauce that made them barely edible. The potatoes tasted like they’d been sitting on the counter - like the rest of the meal was dry and cold (at least that part was consistent).

The restaurant is too noisy to enjoy the company of others at your table. It really takes away from the overall top meals and good service when you have to yell across the table to be heard and ask your companion to repeat themselves. I'd be hard pressed to book a table here again even though the food is terrific with very good service.

The food took a long time to come. Our appetizers were out fast but the main course took a long time for a restaurant located downtown Toronto. The food was very warm when it arrive and our server was noticeably uncomfortable, avoiding eye contact. Would expect faster service for business lunches. Half our table had to leave within 10 minutes of receiving our main course.

I would go back. The food was good and flavourful, particularly the share plate of peppers and the flank steak. The churros were also to be commended. $450 for 3 including tax + tip for 3 share plates, 3 flank steaks, 3 cocktails, 1 dessert & 1 bottle of wine.

Our server Thomas was fantastic. Food was amazing! We had Tuna crudo, spicy potatoes, shishito pepppers, Focaccia, and cheesecake! everything was spot on! Beautiful glassware and crockery. Clean and organized restaurant Plus the music selection 😍 all my favorites spanish songs!!! Drinks were delicious definitely will be visiting again!

For an O&B restaurant. A complete disappointment. Chorizo dish came out cold inside. Then the 2nd time awful texture, flavour sent entire dish back waiter wasn't surprised like he was expecting that. Ordered Steak MEd rare was brought to me rare. 2nd time brought MEd manager had the Gaul to say last steak was inline with what they call MEd rare. I'm sorry it's not inline! Should have been an apology and that's but telling me I don't know what I'm talking about is offensive. If your cooks can't cook a steak fire them. It's on your menu then learn how to cook it or remove from menu. I visited this restaurant many years ago and couldn't remember why I hadn't been back. No it's clear to me. It's completely awful.

We really enjoy this location and the amazing cuisine. Lena restored our faith in the preparation and presentation of our favorite cut: the venerable ribeye steak. Excellently done, Lena.

Not really representative of South American cuisine. Peru alone is known internationally as having among the best cuisines. I was given a starter plate of plain steamed potatoes with some flavouring. Then a drab simple toasted Croque Monsieur that is supposed to be an Entree and was laughable. My wife had rigatoni with seafood in red sauce, was okay. Nothing special.

Not really a good service. We had 2 entrees and 2 main dishes for 2 people. The main dish was too salty, we had steak. The food was not ok cause we both started feeling really bad when we went home. I would not go back.

We had a good time celebrating a birthday. Most dishes were good. We had the empanadas, focaccia bread and seafood crudo special (this was disappointing as the texture seemed off). For the mains we had the chicken and steak which were good and we enjoyed the happy hour drinks. The service could have been a little faster. I think it was partly due to where we were sitting which was more private with the curtains sectioning us off. We liked the privacy however found we needed to find our waitress around the corner to get her attention. I’ve been to Lena three times and sitting on the main floor I would say is better than below.

Had an amazing meal. The chicken I added to the Burrata salad was one of the juiciest, flavourful pieces of chicken I've ever had at a restaurant. It's a simple thing to make that so many restaurants mess up. Will definitely go back.
