   Despite the noise, we enjoyed our dinner in honour of two guests’ birthdays. We had phenomenal service (thank you Manreet!)and the food was excellent overall.

   Potato Bravas were undercooked and not at all spicy. The tuna tartare was the smallest portion ever and quite bland. The cauliflower steak was not a steak at all and also not very flavourful. It seem to have been parboiled rather than roasted. The branzino was very good as were the mushrooms. Disappointing overall when compared to the great reviews.

   I went with two friends and we haven’t all been together in a very long time. Lena made the evening so special and we couldn’t stop talking about it the rest of the night. Perfect place to celebrate.

   It was so noisy we couldn’t hear each other. It was so bad that it coloured the rest of the experience. The trout was nicely cooked and presented but the potatoes were barely warm. The soup of the day was thickened with corn starch and it tasted like it.

   Food was pretty okay definitely good but nothing to write home about, service was good aside from the host who didn't really say much? Just asked for our names and took us to the table but everyone was nice especially our server who was lovely

   Leña might be a product of our times, and less a reflection of the business. However…$24 for a glass of mediocre LCBO economy wine and $25 for a meagre bit of ham served on a saucer with nothing else, along with some defrosted empanadas is a real disappointment. A convenient place to meet after work, this is clearly an establishment where money is transacted for a seat at the bar/table to discuss business. Nothing else.

   My Wife and I had reservations to there Lost in Lala event last night. We were greeted with a warm welcoming at the front and was brought down to a beautiful bar lounge area. Our server was Raul who looked after all our needs and was very knowledgeable with both the food and drink menu. Cocktails were great and the atmosphere was amazing. We will definitely be back.

    The main dining area had plenty of empty tables when I arrived. I came in for my reservation and the maître-d instructed someone to take me a room in the back (up the stairs, down a hall, and around the corner). There were only two other parties in that windowless room. It was quite empty. Maybe my business casual attire wasn't in line with the walk-ins the restaurant hoped to attract? I was surprised because I wasn't aware of this windowless room adjoining the kitchen. From past visits, I expected to dine in the main dining room, with the windows and streetscape. A bit disappointing. Had I known where I would be seated, I would have chosen a different restaurant for the meeting. The food was fine.

    A great meal with attentive service. The only thing I would change is I would request to eat in the lower level lounge or in the bar area as they seemed to have a far better ambiance than the dining room did. This could be personal preference of course and should not overshadow the quality of the meal!!

    Awful service. Made a reservation, was sat 15 minutes late. Staff were rude. We’re excited as we were celebrating an occasion and it was terrible. Our server was pressuring us and literally said “okay I’ll be back in one minute” I kindly had to say no we will take more than 1 minute. We all would not return

    We went for Lost in Lala, the late night affair downstairs in Bar Lala. Delicious drinks and great DJ playing wonderful tunes. Perfect for laungeing around late Friday (and Saturday) night with friends.

    We were celebrating our niece being accepted to a PHD program at U of T. The waitress was attentive when we needed her to be and the balance of staff helpful in serving. A great spot, we’ll definitely be back.

    This a really nice restaurant with great vibes. The food was very tasty and the portions are good. The service was exceptional. Overall this is a place you can go for business or personal purposes. The price is a bit high, but it is worth the money.

    Leña is a 5-star restaurant with a beautiful decor and ambiance but will receive a 4 tonight. It is a large space spread over four floors and the price point is on the higher end. The hostess was accommodating and friendly, and the service was a bit slow to start with drink orders not taken until 25 minutes in. The food was nicely done with a great artistic presentation, although the portion sizes were on the smaller end. The steak was cooked to perfection but the meat quality was of lower grade. The tuna tartare was a standout dish, packed with flavor and complemented well by the baked taro chips. The house-baked focaccia was soft and fragrant, and the baked cheesecake was a delicious finish to the meal. Despite the restaurant's potential, the service seemed understaffed and slow overall. With the right adjustments, Leña could become a top-tier restaurant. Overall, I rate it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

    Incredible cocktails at the amazing bar. The wonderful bartender was so friendly and explained the various cocktail choices. We then moved to a table where we dined on a variety of shared plates. The food was so interesting. Our server’s recommendations were spot on. We will definitely return!

    I really like the food here especially the side fries with my steak , the churros were good also . The only thing is I didn’t finish it because I was so full . The location is very hard to find because it’s the same exact location as the Hudson’s bay

    I ordered the cauliflower steak. It was literally a huge chunk of boiled cauliflower with some sauce on top and some veggies. Did not like the presentation the dish itself. More could be done with the cauliflower then just covering it with a red sauce.

    Food was great, large portions as well. A little dissapointed as our server was MIA and we ended up late to our next event as a result, and suprised since service was stellar, frequent, and quick the last time I was at Lena.
