Excellente table, tartare de saumon exceptionnel, purée de carottes au cumin surprenante et goûteuse! Excellent repas avec un chef qui a est présenté et qui nous est apparu sensible à nos demande et un propriétaire qui a est donné la peine de nous rencontrer pour vérifier notre satisfaction. Vraiment, nous recommandons!

An amazing find in the Laurentians! This spot is beautifully located next to the river in Val-David. We had biked on the Petit Train du Nord path and had an early dinner reservation. Their outdoor terrace faces gardens and the river. Protected from full sun and bugs this deck was one of the most charming places to enjoy Al fresco dining. Service was impeccable. Since the restaurant had only reopened 2 weeks ago we had no idea what to expect. Every course was a delight. We shared a goat cheese salad and my husband had the ballotine of volaille (chicken) and I had the salmon pave (salmon filet with nantais butter). The flavours were exceptional.
