Food was mediocre and overpriced. This restaurant was much better 5 years ago when we first visited it. Our waiter was clearly inexperienced and he got my wine order incorrect and when I pointed it out to him, he disputed it.

The appetizer and entree were amazing but the desert was very disappointing. We ordered a molten lava cake (fondant) but it was served cold and hard in the middle. So there was nothing molten about it. It should have been served warm. Otherwise very authentic Basque and Catalan food.

J'y suis déjà allé quatre fois, c'est une valeur sûre. La nourriture est excellente et le personnel très professionnel. L'ambiance du restaurant est agréable. Le prix est élevé mais tout à fait justifié au regard du service et de la nourriture. Je compte bien y retourner.

If you’re looking for a wonderful Spanish meal in or around Old Montréal, look no further than Les Pyrénées. The food was excellent as was the front of the house staff. And… here’s the punch line: while not likely an everyday event, we thought the value was excellent as well.

If you were actually having a meal in Northern Spain or Southern France in the shadow of the Pyrenees, you'd experience the same excellent quality of dining. A must go when in Montreal. It's not even negotiable.

Having been to Barcelona just a year ago, having 'Pyrenees' nearby to taste authentic Catalan food is a gift; especially when it is done right. The ambiance mirrored a favorite 'local' restaurant in Barcelona where one could hear 4 languages and feel the energy. A must.

We love Les Pyrénées and have eaten there several times. The food is excellent and the wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Location in the old city is charming. Highly recommended.

Sat just inside in front of a lovely window and great street view. Staff and service were personal and nice. Food was good, enjoyed the good priced bottle of Loire valley white wine. Great carrot and potato soup appetizer.

4 of us very much enjoyed the Spanish cuisine and seafood dishes. Very good risotto and tasty paella. Meals are priced fairly although I found $49.95 for 4 crab legs a bit high. I will definitely return and will try other dishes and specials.

LOL, THIS IS NOT A TAPAS PLACE. Food is just ok(been kind), but again, no way this place can be categorized as a spanish or "catalonian" Tapas place.

Age of patrons skews toward the geriatric. Really a place for well-off retirees. Food was incredibly bland and wildly overpriced. Service was perfunctory, the bare minimum, with waitstaff intentionally avoiding eye contact/pretending to be deaf. Service from the kitchen was on life support; took over an hour for our meal to arrive.
