We had a fantastic dinner at Les Pyrenees.
Definitely will go back again.
Perfect spot for a celebration and great food. Ambiance was perfect. Cozy and not too loud.
More French than Catalan but excellent nonetheless. Gazpacho was especially good.
We've been here twice and had a very enjoyable experience both times. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but the food is fantastic and the service very attentive. Having been in Barcelona, I know good Catalan cuisine and the restaurant definitely meets that high mark. Being in the old city in Montreal definitely adds to the ambience and the European feel.
Excellent service and food
Food is absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Ambience is casually elegant and charming. Service is superb. Not to be missed!
This is a wonderful restaurant. The dishes were not “the usual” Spanish fare. Each was prepared and served with great care.
I am never visiting Montreal again without eating at Pyrenees!
Service was poor. Food was overcooked. Location was great. Would not go back.
We picked this on a Saturday night at short notice after finding many more familiar restaurants fully booked. We had a late (9:15 p.m.) booking which is our preference and enjoyed the food, the service and the ambiance immensely. It was a good pick for our only dining out evening in Montreal this trip.
Second visit to this restaurant, the risotto to start is delicious, enough to share for two people. Entrees served hot, beef cheeks and monkfish. Flavourful and nicely cooked. Service could have been more attentive this time, first visit the service was excellent.
Très bonne t
Good food ans a very good service, i recommend this small restaurant
Anniversary dinner. The staff took good care of us. Great food and wine!
Food is delicious. Great atmosphere and service.
Good food, charming location
Server gave us attitude for ordering one dish and sharing it. we got drinks too on top of that so why would it be an issue? we weren’t very hungry so we didn’t want to get more food and have it go to waste.
Food was very good. The service was challenging. Forgot items and took forever to get the bill and pay…. very annoying.
The paella and meat platter were amazing! Also ordered the gazpacho which we loved!
Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Amazing food and amazing service!
I like the place, it was great. I do not If I would go again. Mine for was very good but the wife did not her plat. Very expenvie for the Value that you are getting, But again welcome to Old port. the service was great very friendly. overal It is OK
We had the seafood paella and seafood pasta. Both very good. Location was steps from our boutique hotel in Old Montreal.
Excellent service and we enjoyed the food as well. Noisy party across the restaurant, and the room does not dampen the sound. But, assuming we would not likely run into that again, we would revisit the restaurant again, as it was a good restaurant, with not unreasonable prices.
Food is rather tasty, service is very outstanding.
Northern Spain (Catalan, Basque etc.) food well done, albeit adjusted for Montreal taste palates - i.e. not quite authentic. The wine list could use more rosés as those are the wines that fit the menu so well, especially for lunch. And, where are the wonderful Spanish wines? Can't really judge the price value as thislunch was taken during the Covid-19 restriction period and it understandable that the prices would be a bit higher to compensate.
