Our pop-up ramen restaurant is back for the BC family weekend & American Presidents weekend! This annual pop-up features a simple, street inspired menu with a gastronomic twist with each dish carefully crafted by Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, Eren Guryel. Patrons can escape the winter chills from the inside with Eren’s hot ramen bowls and their choice of noodle, broth, proteins and sides or come in for a quick bite from one of his yatai inspired share dishes. Keep an eye out for it's return this coming winter.

Food was very salty and broth did not have much flavor. Noodles were also over cooked. Egg is hard boiled not soft like traditional ramen.

Had good flavour, but everything was à la cartel which I don’t ramen should be, egg was hard boiled😔 Have just had better Ramen other places. Four Seasons just need to step up their game

Noodles did not taste fresh. The restaurant is a pop up but felt like it was just stuck into a corridor. Staff were trying hard but did not know the menu or drink options yet. Portions were small and not in line with their price. Definitely not to Four Season standards!
