   We ate outdoors in the patio on a quite warm evening. It was very pleasant. The waitress was responsive and friendly. The food was good. We have eaten here before and will certainly eat here again.

   The food never disappoints but the most awesome aspect about Lia's is the staff. All are friendly and make one feel very appreciated as a customer. While they are always busy, one never feels rushed. Our server, Jenessa, was one of the best servers I have ever experienced and I was in hospitality for over 20 years. She had a smile that was so captivating and real and her demeanor matched that smile. truly seemed to enjoy her position. One could not ask for a better experience. Thank you.

   The front hostess stand was very nice and quick. We got seated right away. Our server took quite a long time to come over. He was very nice even though it took us about 7 minutes to be greeted once we sat down. The food came out “too fast”. The app was out within 5 min. And it was a meatball app. I dont Like feeling like I’m getting microwaved mass produced food esp for the price of the food we were paying. $15 for three tiny meatballs that were supposed to be accompanied by creamy parm polenta. Yeah. It was literally half of a tablespoon under each tiny meatball just to keep them from rolling on the plate. Absolutely nothing special and to make it worse is $15. If we had paid $6 or something for tiny sub par meatballs it kinda takes the sting out of it lol. Then we got the chicken parm(it was fine. Not great. Not terrible. The chicken was very dry tho). Shrimp scampi( all three of us agreed bland bland bland. The sauce was just like chicken stock and oil/butter- couldn’t taste any “seasoning” like garlic, salt, pepper even) and last the broccoli rabe and sausage ravioli( again bland bland bland. The sausage was poor quality. No flavor and dry, the ravioli itself had zero flavor and the sauce over the entire entree was bland even after adding salt and pepper). We overheard the large table next to us complaining about the flavor of a few of their dishes as well. Overall I would Not recommend and I should Taken the other reviews about the food being sub par to heart. I gave It two stars I stead Of one Because all of the staff that we did interact with was very pleasant!

   The water fountain is lovely but really loud. The ambiance outdoors is fantastic and the bar wall being open makes it feel like a really large space. It was great to see a good number of veg items to pick from. And the food was delicious.

    Despite several large parties, service was very good. Restaurant made best effort to seat us at quiet table. My basil chicken / arugala salad was plentiful and fresh and very very good.

    Food was good, we ate it all. We came to celebrate a birthday but we left with a bitter taste that they don’t welcome families with kids. Did not even get to try cocktails or dessert. We saw the order taker twice. But in the other hand the food runner was very attentive, and pleasant. You should train him to be a server. I left cash tip for him and nothing for the order-taker.

    First time at Lia’s since onset of pandemic. Same mediocre food. High prices. Never to return. We finally have a new option in the neighborhood with The Junction. Tell Chef Geoff to go home and be a daddy-mom.

    The patio at Lia’s is lovely. However, the food is just average. The chicken Parmesan (too heavily breaded) was served over a bed of over cooked spaghetti that was saturated by sauce. The other people in our party found their choices (basil garlic chicken and shrimp scampi) to be fair.

    Ate outside. Nice ambience but very noisy due to waterfall. I thought this was an Italian restaurant but it isn’t. It serves some Italian food but not a true Italian restaurant.

    Got seated right away-Good food. Waitress must have been newer -didn’t have much of a personality. When I asked for suggestions- she said bacon cheeseburger(I’m not at Five guys) when there was a lot of other options.

    Lia's is one of our favorite neighborhood spots, especially when the weather is warm and we can dine al fresco. I wish they offered at least one GF pasta option, although their GF selections have improved.

    Great service. Food was delicious. Lia’s was great with food allergies, and able to modify without any problems. Great place for a celebration!

    I recommended Lia’s after dining there with friend a few years ago, but now I’m just embarrassed that I did. The wait staff was very nice, but there were too many screw-ups. It took them forever to take our order, and another 15 minutes to bring bread, which we had to ask for. The Brussels sprouts (appetizer) were almost raw. We sent them back, and the “new” ones were also raw as well as cold. The waiter brought out 2 of the 4 entrees and we started eating, but 5 minutes later he came back and apologized that he gave us another table’s entrees (same as ours). We would have kept them since we had already eaten a few bites, but he insisted on taking them away. Makes me wonder what happened to those plates … The rest of the meal was ok — I will say the food was very good — until the waiter brought the check, not split as we had requested. He tried again, and gave us 2 copies of the merchant receipt and one of the customer receipts. We asked again, and he disappeared for a while. At that point, we figured it out on our own, paid and left, disappointed. I know, short staffing and supply problems, but this was one problem after another. I hope things get better there, but I won’t be back.

    It was a perfect night out. Weather was great and the patio at Lia's is terrific. Wait staff was attentive and responded quickly and responsibly when a wallet was left behind.

    Food was pretty good except that the spaghetti was drowning in tomato sauce and the sauce was sweet and not great. The kale caesar was ok… not the best dressing. The burrata appetizer was very tasty.

    We went to Lia's tonight for dinner and enjoyed it! We both got the penne alla vodka and it was very good and a decent portion size. It was quiet and clean inside. I would recommend if you are in the area!

    We brought our puppy Barney & the staff treated him wonderfully. Barney had a great time & he loved the Scooby snacks. I ordered the lamb burger & salad which were great. My husband ordered the club salad & tuna which was great as well.

    I ate dinner on the terrace of Lia’s. I had the crab cake salad and it was delicious. The crab cake tasted fresh and was well cooked. This dish was a daily special and I wish that they had it on the menu year round. The service was friendly and efficient. This was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend dining at Lia’s.
