    Customer is always right but not at Terravita. Ordered 4 entrees for our party of 4 and two came out quickly but two others took over 15 minutes. In interim somelia came and brought the bottle of wine we ordered. By time two other entrees arrived, first shift was basically done (even though we ate very slowly). Asked for ice for water, that took two requests to get. Cole slaw side was not delivered w second shift entrees and had to ask - which $5 seemed a little pricey. We were offered a”good neighbor” discount of $10 by somelia which seemed an insult. Manager came out and offered a $20 discount again for”good neighbor”. Also an insult, so a bad experience was getting worse. Each entree about $25, and manager offered to take off one entree which did not even address why two were extremely delayed. Manager was not even aware of the extent of the problems but rather interested in placating us so they could move us out of there. If they could have asked us “what can we do to make it right” we would have been spared the insults and not have such a poor experience.

    This is probably the most favorable negative review you will ever see! While I have been to Liberty Station many times & written excellent reviews each time, I found disappointment this time - a surprise! Service was very good - the staff is terrific and on top of everything! However, I found the dinner of rainbow trout to be pretty tasteless and dry - usually really good - guess the fish was out of water for too long this time! Wedge salad always a hit! Friends with us very happy with their brisket - which I should have stuck with! Who gets rainbow trout in the desert?!? So I acknowledge my choice was probably not the smartest but will definitely be back for the bovine and pork side of the menu next time!

    The brisket was very tough all five of us that ordered it only ate 25% The green chili Mac and cheese was so bland ( hospital food ) the side salad was mediocre watery dressing… on a positive note the service was perfect and the Baileys coffee drink was excellent… We had high hopes that this might be our families regular go to dinner spot ; pretty disappointed !

    The food has taken a turn for the worse, but the service was fabulous. All four of us were disappointed in our entrees, and we have dined here many times before. Fish & chips, prime rib dip, cheeseburger, pasta bolognese…none was more than average. But our server was the best & we love the ambience. We’ll be back with hopes that the food improves.

    The ribs were pink and undercooked, they knew this and took them back. The brisket sandwich was dry, the tots were not good, the service was extremely slow for not being that busy.
