Located in downtown Cruz Bay, Lime Inn has been a favorite of locals and visitors alike since 1984. Our tropical garden courtyard setting lends to a unique and delicious dining. We offer tasting menus for all of our dine in guests, allowing for a tasting experience of all the unique dishes on our menu. Classics like our clam chowder and famous key lime pie adorn the menu items as well as fresh and new menu dishes inspired by local ingredients and our chefs international culinary experience. We are currently offering coursed tasting menus, allowing our guests to sample a variety of dishes on the menu, in smaller portions.

The Taste of Lime Inn gives diners the opportunity to take a 'walk through' our menu and experience a variety of dishes on the menu. From refreshing salads and local fish all the way to our triage of desserts, this menu offers our diners a taste of it all. Each guest will choose a soup as their first course, followed by 2 courses of tastes of all varieties, then an individually chosen large plate, and then sweets. Children 11 and under can order a la carte.

Our four course tasting experience offers our guests the unique opportunity to create their own tasting menu. Each guest will choose four items off of Chef Amaro's menu. This tasting includes any 2 small plates, 1 large plate, and 1 dessert. Fresh Caribbean lobster and whole snapper are also an option for the large plate UPON AVAILABILITY for an additional 9 dollars. Children 11 and under can order a la carte.

Food and service were spot on. Ribs were amazing as was the filet. The lobster risotto was very good, but could have used more seasoning. Dessert was perfect ending. Service was attentive, but not hovering. All in all would definitely recommend going here.

Maura was a great server with strong food and wine knowledge. Wahoo was very tasty but only four thin slices of fish; camarones were very flavorful. The main, rum ribs was delicious, but a bit too much (and I like to eat) along with mac and cheese and veggies. Maybe half a rack? Ambiance was relaxed, Bubu was great front of house, and all in all we found it very good, if not great.

We last ate at Lime Inn many years ago - and noticed recently that it was getting rave reviews, so tried it again. What a delightful evening. We chose the 4 course tasting with wine pairing and found it all to be perfect. Our waitress knew her wines and made exceptional recommendations. The background music fit the theme. The only thing lacking was a water view - but all else surpassed our other experiences here.

Lime Inn is the most allergy friendly restaurant on the island. They are great at accommodating our family's mix of needs (shellfish, dairy free, gluten free).

If you are looking for fabulous food, this is the place! Their 4 course menu pix-fixed menu might seem intimidating but…… the portions sizes are just right to leave without feeling stuffed. And they are great at helping you take home what you don’t eat — like the delicious key lime pie we are enjoying tonight. While The Lime Inn isn’t on Cruz Bay’s incredible waterfront (the location is 1 block behind) that’s about the only negative comment one could possibly make. This restaurant’s ambiance and attentive staff — and of course the great food — more than make up for the lack of a water view. In short, don’t miss this place!!

Twenty three years ago we had a very good lunch at the Lime Inn. Over the following years for one reason or another, we never returned. Upon the advice of a trusted friend, we returned last night and will continue to return as long as the food and service remains as was last night.

Chose the bar menu which is 4 courses instead of 5. Excellent company at the bar. Bartender / server was great and knowledgeable. Food was exciting and impeccable. Amaro the chef is truly a brilliant guy. Happy to meet him after dinner. Dishes were all creative and delicious. Beautifully thought through. And cooking was superb. The grilled prosciutto and mozzarella with balsamic reduction and island peppers was an amazing first course. Hearty and satisfying with exciting island flavors. Whole snapper was sublime. Local lobster was sweet and flavorful.
