   Enjoyed the restaurant, great food very reasonably priced. But paying $13 plus tax plus tip for a can of IPA beer you can buy for $3 is ridiculous.

   Service was excellent. Waitress was very attentive and helpful. Food was excellent. Environment was clean and welcoming. The day we went there was a birthday party for 25 which probably made it a little noisier than usual. Overall a good experience. We would go back.

   We had always heard of the restaurant from family. We were able to get reservations same day and it was fun and lovely. It is a local gem. The food is tasty, service amazing, and a nice last minute surprise for us. It is a family run business and we had the privilege of one of the son’s taking care of us. Loved it and it is a great place to go, have wonderful food and service. Thank you!

    Our only issue was with seating as our table for two had one person’s seat exposed to the exterior doorway and was therefore receiving a constant blast of cold air. I had just recovered from a three week bout of respiratory virus and wasn’t anxious for a relapse. We immediately asked to be moved to another table but our request was declined with the owner saying all tables were reserved. (ours was a reservation as well). The reason given did not make sense as the restaurant was less than one third full. When we finished our meal and were leaving there were still empty tables. Actually, we believe, with the staggered arrival of patrons, our table wasn’t needed. A little more flexibility is needed with this issue. If the restaurant was filled at the time we asked to be relocated we could understand why we were denied but, as I mentioned, that was not the case.

    Experience and food not as great as the previous reviews. Chicken was stringy, rice was cold, service?? (Only 1 person - the owner ) was doing the job and he appeared not at all interested in serving the customers. Thoroughly dissatisfied.

    I booked a table to see the belly dancer. We arrived and found out the show was cancelled. The internet should have been updated to inform the customers who booked a table. The cocktails were not prepared properly. The food was ok, not great.

    The homus was runnier than usual and had a Spice in it that does not belong. The Metze salad wasn’t as plentiful as it used to be. Fillet of soul is good.The decor and ambiance was very good and the service was quick.

    My family loves the Little Turkish Village. This is our go to place when we want the whole gang to get together. We were 14 people eating and the service was impeccable despite the restaurant being full and there being a continual long line-up of food delivery people / take out customers. My family and I have being coming here for years and the food has always been excellent. I highly recommend this place!

    Cocktail was $15 - should have been priced at $10. Food is good and well presented, but a little skimpy in regards to quantity. Lamb skewer was very good, but no salad on the side was included and tzatziki is an extra charge.

    My friend was sick for almost 2 years, and was starting to recover from her treatments, so I took her to the restaurant for lunch. However, she only had a copy of the Hospital's letter that she has had 3 shots and is due for a fourth very soon. This was unacceptable to the Owner of the establishment, so he offered to go online, using her Health Card to download and print a copy of her certificate, for a fee of $5.00 cash.     We were warmly greeted at the door and had our vaccination status duly checked. My only quibble (and I should have spoken up about it) was that we were seated right by the kitchen door (with a swiveling panel) and we were right across a party of 6. There was maybe 2 other tables with couples seated at each. For such a large space, I would've been happier if we were seated on the other side of the door, as there was scarcely anyone else there. Something to be mindful of for next time! And there will be a next time! We were promptly served with icewater and fresh pita. We got our drinks right away and not long after that, we got the turkish salad (as part of the dinner for 2) and the platter with the skewers (1 shrimp, 1 chicken, 1 kofta and 1 beef - all delicious!) with the rice and roasted potatoes. Our service was prompt, unintrusive and friendly. The music was at a light volume, just perfect for conversation. We had an oil lamp at our table, which added to the ambiance. There was a steady stream of folks coming in and out for takeout. I am hoping that more diners will come in to stay and eat in the dining room, as it is lovely. I highly recommend, but don't be afraid to speak up :-)
