Food was just ok, ordered a Manhattan and they didn’t really know how to make it. For all the play up on lobster it seemed like they just toss a little on at the end so they can say it has lobster in the dish. Not bad but not impressed.

LOVE THIS PLACE. It's good food, great service in a laid back atmosphere and it such a bang for your buck. Highly recommend this place - even if you don't love lobster, there's lots of options to choose from. Once of our diners was actually allergic to shellfish and she still loved her meal (salmon burger) and the entire vibe.

Great food. Service excellent. I made a reservation for two , table was not the best, trapped between two other tables while there were tons of empty more comfortable booths. All stayed empty by the time we left

Food was good. Bisque was great, as was the lobster roll. Service was a slow, however. Had to say we had to leave imminently in order to have dessert brought out in a timely fashion.

I had a great time at Lobster Burger Bar. The place is modern and classy. They had the leaf game on behind the bar, but it was definitely more of a dinner spot. The manager was super nice and provided free shots for a birthday. Would recommend! 8.6/10

When I reviewed the online pictures and online menu the food look amazing! However, the menu was smaller than expected and the food presentation was mediocre at best. The oysters were very small and not worth the price, the lobster roll was hastily made with the bun only partially cut which was probably done on purpose to make the lobster portion appear to be over flowing with abundance but once stuffed into the roll it was bland and average. I guess overall this restaurant did not live up to the website and expectation's. However, all of the Server's seemed amazingly attentive, polite, helpful and genuinely wonderful.

We've been here a few times and the service has been great, with friendly staff. Food is also very good but this visit was slightly disappointed because my lobster fettuccine had almost non-existent lobster. The sauce was delicious but there were only a couple tiny bits of lobster.....the last time someone in our group ordered this it was full of lobster bites.

Mussel’s really good value. Neat atmosphere and ambiance. Our first time there and we really enjoyed it. Lobster bisque was delicious. Our server was excellent managing a table of 6. Definitely like to come back

We both had the classic lobster roll - excellent as usual! This evening I tried a side order of soup - the lobster chowder instead of my usual sweet potato fries, and really enjoyed it! PS. The molton lava cake was very good! Thank you to JJ & the Team!

We arrived at the appointed time to find a sign on the door, "Closed for a private function." We spoke with the manager who told us that we were the second people with a reservation to arrive that evening and, further, that they are not usually open on Mondays for anyone. OpenTable doesn't seem to have got the memo.

We went during Happy Hour, 8:15pm on a Sunday night. I’ll start off with saying how amazed I was with the bill at the end of the night. The oysters, calamari, lobster bisque were all so fresh and tasty. I will definitely be coming back and highly suggest having the truffle fries & molten lava cake!

Lobster Burger Bar is our go to restaurant for our after concert (TSO) or Mirvish show dinner. Staff is very helpful and food is excellent and well served. JJ is most supportive and Kayley provided excellent service.

.the Caesar salad was great .the lobster roll was good .the lobster bun was poor - very little lobster and tastless .server was good .actual delivery of food was poor - everyone around us were complaining - we had tickets at RTH for 8pm .having non-alcoh beer as great . overall expensive for what was delivered

it was such a lovely evening and the food was amazing ! we met JJ the manager and he was so polite and accommodating it was a breath of fresh air . We ate dinner at LBB last weekend and the service was absolutely fantastic! Hannah was attentive and personable, answered all of our menu questions, and kept our drink glasses full. The manager was very present and personable. The atmosphere was clean, clutter-free and comfortable. I was less than impressed with the "lobster burger". It was very processed, and not what I was hoping for. My husband enjoyed his lobster roll. We shared the firecracker salad which was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a fun evening, Hannah and JJ (I think? I'm not great with names)!

Food was very tasty Service was oustanding I had the lobster bisque and it was delicious. My husband had the lobster chowder. Both generous serving sizes The expresso martini was very good too I had the 1lbs lobster as main and it was very tasty, but doesnt come with any sides I ordered the sweet potato fries with the cajun dip. Very good We had a nice pre-theatre dinner Location is perfect if you are attending to the Royal Alexandra Theater

Horrible service. Rude server. Equally rude manager. Took over an hour to get our food after we said at the very beginning that we only had an hour and 15 minutes to make it to a show. Tables that sat after us got served first. No apology ever uttered from server or manager. Terrible customer service. Would never go back. Food was fair at best.

Was really looking to a great lobster roll. We had the lobster trio and you couldn't find the lobster in the lobster and shrimp one. The classic one was good but not great. The parmesan garlic fries had way too much garlic on them! Overall I had high expectations but was underwhelmed especially given the 3 rolls cost $ 70.

Should have listened to the bad reviews. This place pretends to be an upscale bar but it's far from it. Service is laughable, the food is very mediocre and the washrooms are filthy. The best dish in this seafood restaurant is the wagyu burger for $38. The oysters were not fresh, it looked like they were frozen and then thawed. Overall, did not enjoy the experience and won't be back.

We were sat outside of the kitchen - staff running back and forth, chef yelling, bell going off - not a enjoyable experience. Sadly, I looked at the reviews AFTER we ate there and looks like we weren’t the first people to be sat at the back outside of the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

We loved the atmosphere and had returned because the last time the service was great. However this time service was slow and the order was wrong so we all waited for one person to get their food. Then we ordered dessert and another round of drinks and it took along time.
