We have eaten at Local on North in Canton several times, but this was the best experience so far. The crab cakes were excellent! My husband lovesdthe chef's special sirloin steak with truffle potatoes and asparagus. The salad was wonderful as always and the ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable. Richard, our server, was exceptional! Very attentive and personable. This restaurant just keeps getting better!

Normally food is very good. My fault for not reading reviews on the Easter "buffet". Same applies to Mother's Day. For the money the selections and quality of food was extremely lacking. I don't think I will make reservations for any further holiday meals

Manager/Owner was rude upon arrival and corrected me several times at the hostess stand. Also for the price of the Mothers Day buffet I feel that non alcoholic drinks should be included. Service and food was excellent. I used to frequent this restaurant often and because of treatment we will not be back.

We visited Friday night with a group of 7. My wife and I were there the prior Saturday night as well. Both times we showed up 30 minutes before the band started. Both times the band was awesome. Both times the food was really good. All dishes were great, no complaints with some very picky people. The PEI mussels are simply outstanding! This will be a regular spot for us!

Local on North has become one of our go to restaurants. The food is always tasty (the Bang Bang Shrimp app can't be beat) and, if you can't find what you want on the main menu--not to worry--they have daily specials. The price is about average for similar restaurants. The live music provides the ambiance and gives you an opportunity to dance with your partner while preparing yourself for that delicious dessert. As for the service: that's the best part. Alex is a natural waiter and will take care of your every need. If you don't see a cocktail on the menu that grabs you, tell Alex what liquors and flavors you like, and he'll work with the bar staff to make something that is sure to please. Definitely recommend Local on North when you're in the Canton area and be sure to ask for Alex--you'll be glad you did.

Sal was our waiter, an energetic friendly young man who made sure we had what we needed. The music was great and the food was excellent. The vibe of the restaurant is industrial, very open and somewhat noisy. If you want good food, you will get it at Local on North. We tend to like a more “cozy” atmosphere but overall, we had a good experience.

I thought the Easter brunch was very sparse considering it was $58. There just wasn’t much of a selection. Most notably missing was a selection of breads and virtually no dessert choices. The food that was that was good though. The service was poor. All the waiter had to do was bring our drinks, and it took him forever to do that and then I had asked to have my coffee refilled. All in all I thought it was a disappointing experience for the money spent. All that being said, I usually enjoy Local on North, so I think really it’s just the branch that could use some improvement.

We had the Easter Buffet at Local on North. The food was AWESOME! Great dishes with outstanding flavor. The quality of the meats (Chicken, Salmon, Prime Rib and Mussels) were exceptional. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! We will certainly be back for future buffets!

We dined here on Easter Sunday. We had a brunch reservation for 11 am. We reviewed the menu on line and it sounded great. We have had great experiences in the past. When we arrived, we found out they were doing an Easter buffet. It was very good but it was $50 per person plus drinks! The website said nothing about the exorbitantly priced Easter brunch buffet. We were very shocked when we got the bill. Disappointed in the lack of transparency. I would have canceled my reservation and gone elsewhere had I known about the price.

Love coming here always. Sal was our server and was FABULOUS. Best service I’ve ever had at Local on North (and it’s always good). Will definitely request Sal. The bread pudding and cheesecake stuffed empanada were game changers.

John the bartender was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure we liked our drinks and had a fun experience. Our server was good and the band was energetic and FUN plus super friendly. They sang happy bday to my friend right when she walked in and I signaled and they didn’t skip a beat! The portion sizes were so much better than what you get in marietta (we go there too) and I just really enjoyed the people at this location. It’s a drive for us but we will come back again.

Party of 6. Snapper was on special and I decided to try it. It was the best meal I have had in 20 years. I can’t even describe it. The rest of the party ordered salmon, pasta , ribeye and crap cakes. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Will go here whenever I can.
