We had reservations but had to wait about 20min when we got there for our table to be available. In the meantime, we were all offered a glass of prosecco as an apology. Our waiter was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, personable and gave great recommendations. One of our appetizers was sold out and the manager came by to apologize, offered an alternative and some foccacia to go along with it. Overall, great food and exceptional service. Highly recommend.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The appetizer board with the cold cuts and cheese was mind blowing. The food and service was unreal and our server even held the door for us on the way out. Highly recommend and will be back.

I've eaten here a few times since discovering it 3-4 years and I always enjoy it. The food is always good, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food and the ambience. It's definitely a favourite of mine!

Food is very good. Ambience very nice. A bit loud. Service is usually great except for this past dining experience. Our waiter seemed to scurry off before we even completed our sentence. Pleasant but felt like he couldn’t be bothered.

They went above and beyond to please my party of 4 and make sure we were totally taken care of when they weren’t able to seat us for our reservation until 45 mins later. We were given champagne and some appetizers as compensation and were treated like royalty. The service was exceptional and the staff were extremely generous and attentive to us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone as the food was outstanding as well!!!

Great food and great service! Perfect ambiance. Totally recommend. The only thing was that since in the reservations it asked if it was a special occasion- we were celebrating our wedding anniversary- we thought that maybe it would have been acknowledged. Otherwise why ask?

We often dine at Locale, at both locations however last night we were seated upstairs in a very cozy corner however there was a very cold draft that made our experience less enjoyable. Our waitress was fantastic, the food amazing as always and the atmosphere very welcoming. We don’t like to complain but we did mention the cold draft to our waitress when paying our bill, and she was so receptive and said she would have addressed it had she known. Perhaps look into this issue for future guests as the weather is getting colder. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Cheers.

Locale (King City) is one of best kept secrets in the GTA! It stacks up and beats the competition from some of the best Italian restaurants across the city. Service is always top notch and we love the ambiance at the King City location. For my birthday last night we had the calamari, pappardelle and the branzino with a cheese pizza for our daughter. It was perfect! Locale is our fave spot!

Nice and welcomign host and bartender at the door. Our server on the other hand was short and cool with us. Two ladies together having lunch. We asked a few questions or recommendations and got very short and not detailed answers. We felt like we were a bother to her. The food was delicious and beverages too. Although the endive salad was quite small for price
