    Took my mother here for her birthday. When making reservations on OpenTable, it asks you to select if it’s a special event, which I marked it was her birthday. I also requested a booth. When the waitress came over, no mention of a birthday and when the bill came no mention of a birthday again. We did sit at the bar booth but never again because the bar tables and bar booths are also, the same server. So the service at the tables lacked quite a bit. I drove over an hour to get here. Will definitely go back, but definitely never request to be sat in the bar again. Also restaurant might note went OpenTable asks if you’re celebrating a special occasion, they might actually acknowledge that at the restaurant, or what is the scene of filling it out.

    Fantastic service & food! We stayed late but never felt rushed. Busy for a Tuesday night but the server treated us as if we were the only guests.

    Amazing! From start to finish the service was above and beyond! Vanessa did a fantastic job of answering any questions we had as it was our first time visiting. The food was great as well! Would 10/10 recommend! The vibe, food, staff, service really made our night out celebrating my wife’s birthday special. Thank you for everything!

    Our most recent visit to LockKeepers was for our anniversary. Everything was spectacular. The menu selection is superb, the food is impeccably prepared, and artfully plated. The service is world-class attentive. Our server, Ashton, was engaging but never intrusive, warm, and very knowledgeable. The ambiance is soothing and upscale. This is a very special place for special times, and we look forward to dining there again.

    This was a holistically excellent dining experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by the hostesses warmly and seated before my reservation time. My server, Tara, was INCREDIBLE. She took her time explaining each of the menu items I had questions about and made helpful suggestions along the way. I ended up going with her suggestions for both my appetizer and entree. She was attentive and kind. The atmosphere is beautiful and it’s obvious that the staff want to cultivate a lovely experience for their guests. Will definitely be back.

    This exceeded expectations and our family had a delightful overall experience. Carl was our attentive staff dining assistant. Everything was pleasurable from the hostess with the mostess to the food, service and dessert… we had a great anniversary celebration. Atmosphere was pleasant and we could hear each other during our conversations. 5 star quality and experience

    Lockkeepers has its own comfortable charm. Warm wood, soft lighting, attentive service and delicious food. I love that they have separate areas - smaller rooms to make conversation enjoyable.

    Service was great-attentive without being overbearing. Three different entrees-chicken parm was the standout,linguine with clams a bit undercooked. Not a WOW experience as it once was.

    This restaurant never disappoints. The good is outstanding, the service top notch. Logan, our server was so professional and accommodating. I have a garlic allergy and they mentioned it before I did. They had notes from previous visits. Amazing! Carpaccio was excellent, chicken, veal, outstanding. Brought us Prosecco as it was my birthday and brought us a dessert and dessert wine to finish. Lovely night. Lovely staff. It’s one of my favorites in the Cleveland area.

    Great dinner for my daughters birthday. Wonderful dinner, service and even the manager was a delight when one of our entrees was delayed. Plus - it was pouring rain and I had self parked and they had an umbrella for me to use to stay dry. Lockkeepers is a keeper. :)

    Everything about our dining experience was great from beginning to end. Our server was perfect. The food was wonderful. The valet walked my wife and me to our car under umbrellas due to a hard rain. Will most definitely go back.

    We were 4 people there for a birthday dinner. We sat on the patio. This was very pleasant, but there is quite a bit of noise from the road I had the tomato basil soup, which was delicious, and scallops, while others had pasta, dishes, and swordfish. Everybody was very pleased. The portions were large enough that some was taken home. The service was excellent. Altogether it was a very nice evening out.
