This location is under construction and you basically are sitting in a hallway by the elevator that they have attempted to make a dining/bar experience. Not at all happy with the location nor Lauren's nonchalant demeanor about the undisclosed location of the "restaurant" and construction. Beto the waiter though, very positive and apologetic about the situation.

The flatbread was great nice spice to it and braised beef rib tacos were amazing. I certainly did not need the flat bread, as the three tacos were delicious spicy, fresh and amazing I would certainly go back just for them. AMAZING!

The pesto pasta was spectacular and the salmon was so moist. We sat on the patio by the pool and it was so calming and nice. Wait staff kept checking on us and just a great experience.

I have never waited so long for my food. It was so long I lost track of time but it may have been an hour and a half or longer. Though I had water they never asked me if I wanted something else to drink. I will say this, the food was delicious.

This place was dead. Awkward layout. No hostess. 2 people working on a Friday night. Its marketed as a restaurant. But is really just a hotel bar.. IMO should not be listed in OpenTable.

I don't think it should really even be offered as an option on OpenTable. First and foremost, it is a hotel bar that serves food. There is no host, we walked in and told the bartender we had reservations and she looked at us like she had no idea what we were talking about and said "sit anywhere". Anywhere is one of 5 or 6 tables in front of the bar. There was a business mixer going on and it was crazy loud and cramped. The interior walls are concrete, for an industrial look, which makes no concession for loud noise muffling. Our waiter was the bartender, who was nice enough. And what we ordered came out as ordered so that's good. We ordered iced tea to drink and he seemed annoyed at first and then we discovered why. They have no iced tea and he was brewing hot tea and was going to pour it over ice for us. Which I found very accommodating, rather than just saying they didn't have it. We just took the tea hot, which was totally fine. The food was good. We had a build your own burger and the club sandwich. I can't see ever coming here again, even for 1,000 points. To me, it is somewhere to grab food if you are staying in the hotel itself. With so much great food/restaurants around Plano there's just no reason to waste a meal here.

Stayed at the NYLO for a ‘stay-cation’ and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The NY strip for 2 was amazing.

Homeless people walking in begging for money. Needed cash to valet park. Does not appeal to 35 and over Valet parking is a potential fire hazard Never patronizing this business again
