Nice decor inside and comfortable seating. The waiter was polite but not attentive and did not come regularly to see how we were doing. My wife ordered enchiladas without sour cream and emphasized this to the waiter. It arrived by another server with sour cream. When the waiter was called to take it back there was no apology. The enchiladas were bland. I had the quesadilla birria and it was ok. Over all a nice place but I would not come back. The food and mediocre service are not worth it. Unless you’re staying at the Westin Hotel.

I made a reservation for an early evening dinner, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Upon being seated, we requested either a booth or a larger table, but instead, we were seated near the bar in an extremely dark area. We had to ask someone to turn on a light or provide some type of lighting so we could actually see our table. The service was absolutely unacceptable. It took over 10 minutes just to get a drink, and we had to ask two different people to find a server to take our order. Communication was also a major issue, as no one seemed to speak English well enough to assist us. To make matters worse, both the bartender and the waitress asked us if Grey Goose was tequila. We were essentially ignored throughout the experience. The service was so poor that we ultimately decided to leave before even receiving our drinks. Making a reservation should mean that guests can expect a reasonable level of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on every level. We left extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Lona ceviche was gas chicken burrito was immaculate and burger was excellently cooked(fries could use work). We were seated outside and it started to drizzle and the staff was very efficient asking if we wanted to move and then getting our check before we got too wet!

The food was pretty good, but the service was a bit slow. Very difficult to get in contact with people over the phone. If you don't call but by opening at 11:30 AM, you're not going to reach any person by phone which is very frustrating.

Haven’t been here in a while, so we decided to give it another chance. Atmosphere is always fun and the chips and salsa are really good. The service on the other hand is so poor we had to constantly ask for a water to be filled and it took forever to get our drinks. We were not in a rush, but we still had to constantly wait, especially for water, which is never good. The funny thing is we even had a waitress being trained so we have two servers and the service was still very poor. The fajita was a good deal and they gave you plenty of chicken. I wish the sides of guac and salsa and sour cream were a little bigger, but can’t complain about the amount of protein that was in the order. The chicken tacos were decent. We also got the chicken enchiladas and they were very strange. The inside chicken was good, but the outside sauces were unusual. One was kind of like a tomato sauce that I really didn’t expect and didn’t really like. The green sauce is very lemony and not what was expected. I would not order them again. And the serving size was small and no side of beans or rice. It’s probably a fine evening to go to the restaurant and especially if you just want tacos. They do have a five dollar taco night on taco Tuesday and happy hour that might be worth checking out. You probably won’t be going back so soon.

Food & service were good, and loved sitting right across from the beach!! But....WAY too loud for a business dinner, which is when I went. Music is very loud, but it would be perfect for vacationeers & definitely worth a visit!!
