   It took 30 minutes before the server took our drink order. It took an hour and a half to get our food. Our server came over 2-3 minutes before our food came out and mentioned the long wait and that there was a very large group in the other room. I have been a server for over 15 years and came in with a toddler. Our server should have given us a heads up that it would be a longer wait. Knowing it was going to be a long wait she should have asked if we wanted the kids meal to come out sooner. After we got our meal the server didn’t come and ask how things were until we were pretty well done our meal. She was not very attentive and did not give us the time of day. I watched her with other tables and was much more attentive and available for them. Would not go back to this location after this evening.

   Food and service were excellent, my only issue is that the table size does not accommodate the food when all 4 customers order fajitas. There simply is not enough surface area for all of the dishes and beverages to fit comfortably 🤷‍♀️

   Food quality steak with fajitas poor Lots of servers flying around - nobody acknowledge when we are literally waving to try to get attention as mashed potatoes cold and no plates provided for fajitas..

   Food is always good at lone star. Just every time we go the service is always a coin toss, could be great or not great at all. Waited about 20 min for chips and salsa and also waited a long time for my beer to be refilled, couldn’t really have my beer with my meal. I’d understand if the place was busy but it wasn’t busy at all.

   Chicken fajitas had raw pieces and 1/5 chicken strips had a lot of red spots from blood.

   Was told about their new menu. Serioulsy, they should have kept the previous one. The beans are not the mexicain black beans but regular breakfast beans, the rice tasted nothing (like minute rice), the fries were cold… It is loud in there, had a hard time hearing the people at my table. The waiter was nice, but probably just started working there. At the end, we asked for separate bills. We were charged extra alcool, and the latter was all on one bill. They could have asked how it should be seperated. Then we couldn’t pay due to an issue with the machines, waiter had to ask manager for the refund of the extra alcool… we had to explain that issue at least 4-5 times… We just wanted to pay and leave, as we had a show at the Canadian tire center. That circus lasted way too long. Advice: don’t go there before a game or show. Am never going back there again.

   Maybe I’m not used to the lonestar, but I was surprised to order a margarita and it come as a slushie. Our table had a hard time hearing each other with the volume of the music and we found there to be too much onion in everything.

   Awesome experience! Server(s) were attentive, funny and highly efficient! Drinks were up quickly (super delicious red Sangria by the way!) and appetizers followed quickly after drinks! Dinner arrived hot and the portions were huge (chimichangas). Great time. Highly recommend!

    Overall it was a good experience, however, upon arrival I was told that someone was already checked in under my reservation. I was also early by 5 mins. I had to show my email confirmation a couple times to clear the "confusion". After the first couple minutes of confusion and verifing my email they were able to find us a table and from there the experience good overall. Food was good, and our server was friendly friendly and attentive even though it was a very busy time.
