Service was excellent. A few hiccups in their kitchen for wing night, but the quality of service more than made up for it. Great night!

We went for lunch. The atmosphere, noise level, food, and service was fantastic! A shout out to Moonshine who was our server! She took care of us the moment we walked in.

Meeting with a friend for the first time. The waitstaff was excellent. She let us order and eat in our own time. I wish there was a lunchtime food portion. We ended up eating only half of our meal. Noise dampers in the ceiling??

Staff is awesome and flexible as well as accommodating. The waitress was very attentive never had to wave her down, food was hot and delicious and the restaurant was busy which speaks volume to the quality of the staff and service received. Very happy.

Food portions in relation cost was poor; this was the part that bothered me the most. The waitress was attentive and pleasant. Venue did not feel nearly as good as other LS I’ve visited. I would not recommend this location to others. I will visit another LS to see if portion to price ratio is the new “standard” for LS’ or just this location.

Haven’t gone to lonestar in a year and was looking forward to it. Had a coupon for unlimited chips and was unable to use it. My husband ordered rib steak and was given New York strip. We notified and were told it was off the bone that’s why. The fat content and texture was not a rib steak. We were disappointed and won’t be back to this location.

I have eaten at 5 Lone Star restaurants, 3 in Ottawa, and 1 in Kingston. This was my first and last time eating at the Lone Star in Stittsville. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was too noisy for any kind of conversation, the room was large with no dividers, no booths, no character.

Once we ordered our food, we waited 60 minutes before our food arrived at our table!! We ordered fajitas. Really disappointed.
