   Loondocks has become our local go to restaurant. Always great food and service. It was our anniversary, we were given complimentary glasses of champagne, and desert served on this festive plate. Highly recommended!

   We had a wonderful lunch for 6 people. Menu had great variety and food was excellent. Staff was very helpful and even let us visit beyond the 90 minute limit for Mother's day.

    This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Our experience has been that restaurants in large shopping centres are usually mediocre, but this was truly an exception. The restaurant decor is tasteful, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was outstanding, both in taste and presentation. We would highly recommend this restaurant and would go back again.

    Food was delicious. Not your standard menu but I loved the creativity of the dishes. Service was amazing! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they made sure to make it a special evening! Thanks to the staff we will be back!!!

    Another great evening at Loondocks. My only issue is that I had indicated at time of making the reservation that this was a birthday celebration, but that message did not seem to reach the staff.

    Overall a very nice experience. There were a few issues. The “complimentary “ bread was so crusty on the bottom that we couldn’t even bite it. The meat in the Oslo bucco which had great flavour was extremely stringy and full of fat and gristle. Service was extremely slow, but overall the rest of the food was excellent. Great arancini and the wild Boar was very tasty. Very nice room although a little noisy. We might return again if we are ever back this way.

    Our first visit - We (table for two) had a wonderful and memorable birthday lunch Our server was Olivia and she was very good and very attentive to our needs.     Girls got together to celebrate a birthday. Our meal was phenomenal. One of the best meals I have ever had. Had the arancini balls as an appetizer and the chorizo gnocchi which shrimp. Both items were impeccable. We finished up with their house made strawberry cheesecake. It was divine. It really is Burlington’s best kept secret. An amazing meal.

    Really remarkable food - excellent quality and stunning presentation. Everything was delicious....but that's such a paradox to the ambiance and service. The restaurant is small and decor does not fit the menu or prices - a bit tacky and misses the mark of being cozy or cabin like with some very cheap 'muskoka-like' decorations and plastic (and dusty) flowers. The service was average at best and also doesn't lend itself to an upscale fine dining restaurant. Overall, a fabulous meal in a less-than-fabulous setting, and since we 'eat with our eyes' it was just so-so for me.

    The kitchen is excellent as all dishes were fantastic and the wine selection paired very nicely across the various dishes. The quality of the food demands more table linens and some upgraded seating. A little too rustic/fast feeling with bare tables and dark accents. A great night and will definitely be back!

    Delicious food & tasty cocktails with lovely presentation. Service was prompt and attentive. Enjoyed our evening. Tables are nicely spaced. Really appreciate not having music blaring so we could enjoy our conversation. Perfect place for taking grandma to dinner, date night or a night out with a few friends.     I booked a table for 3 to celebrate one of our group's birthday. I was the only one who'd been to Loondocks previously. My friends were impressed with everything about the restaurant. It was the perfect place for us that day and I was pleased to have booked there.
