Sono stato già diverse volte in questo ristorante e ogni volta ho trovato un efficiente servizio di accoglienza,camerieri molto reattivi e cibo decisamente buono,sia a livello di pasta che di carne. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

El lugar es muy agradable, la comida y la coctelería exquisita! El servicio deja mucho que desear, nos “atendió “ un mesero al que le tuve que pedir 3 veces un vaso con hielo y además nos exigió el 10% de servicio y al final ni las gracias nos dió, hasta molesto porque nos equivocamos en la cuenta. No nos dio la carta de vinos y ofreció los más caros… Qué mal que una sola persona dañe la reputación y el trabajo de los demás…. Gracias

La comida muy bien. El servicio también bien. Pero el ruido es insoportable, se mezcla la musica diferente en volumen muy alto de tres restaurantes más las pantallas! Mas el ruido usual de restaurante. De locos.

La comida siempre excelente. El servicio muy malo, sólo nos pasaron a la mesa y toda la noche tuvimos que estar atrás de los meseros. El ruido muy alto, no se escuchaba ni la música. Si volvería por la comida pero tienen áreas de oportunidad

El servicio en general fue bueno, el mesero que nos atendió estuvo bien, solo tuvimos un detalle al llegar ya que había gente esperando y no se nos indicó la mesa a pesar de ya tener la reservación, si no es porque mi acompañante vio que ya estaba otro de nuestros invitados en la mesa fue que entramos sin que nadie nos recibiera o indicara a donde ir. Había dos personas en la recepción una ocupada hablando con otro cliente y otra parada a un lado a quien me dirigí con un: buenas tardes! y me indicó: no es conmigo! volteando a ver a su compañera que estaba muy ocupada, si no puede apoyar sugiero que se ubique donde si sea de ayuda, puesto que como ya mencioné, entramos sin su apoyo. Al ser cliente frecuente me desconcertó este trato y es por eso que me atrevo a mencionarlo esperando sea un caso excepcional.

El lugar es muy agradable y la comida muy rica. En donde tienen oportunidad es en el servicio pues si bien son amables, no tienen la atención adecuada y en más de una ocasión me dejaron hablando por atender al gerente del restaurante. En la carta, los precios de las bebidas son "engañosos"

Pedimos un comprobante Huachinango frito y además de estar bastante refrigerado (lo manifiesto así porque traía varias partes cafés u obscuras. El cocimiento se les pasó porque lo digo: no se podían desprender los trozos que ya vienen cortados. Ya Que se desbarataban. A tal grado que tuvimos que solicitar que lo desmenuzaran y francamente no nos agradó. Aparte la dimensión y presentación del mismo dista de las fotografías en donde lo publicitan. Lo demás estuvo bien pero la experiencia en general no nos agradó
