The service was wonderful! Jessica and Tsion are terrific. We’ve stayed at the Delta several times over past 18 months and the convenience is matched by the quality- simply good! Our favourite is the Lot 41 steak; we ordered it twice on our stay. The sauce is awesome! We highly recommend it.
At the end of my meal I saw a mouse or rat run by the floor. I did get a apology but I hope they took care of the problem.
Otherwise food is good !
Phil was our server and he was amazing, he made sure our group of 30 people was taken care of and the night went great - will definitely be back again next year when we attend the conference :)
We arrived on time but there was no one to greet us at the door and check us in for our reservation. When we found the manager, he said we were late for our reservation. We asked for a table that would accommodate a stroller and the manager was kind to make the accommodation. However, the music was extremely loud so we decided to take the food upstairs to our hotel room to eat instead. Our food was supposed to come with bread and Asiago cheese but that was not packed in our takeaway boxes. Overall, because of the missed items, the price we paid was to high for its value. Very disappointing.
Excellent food and very nice presentations. Great vibe and décor. Great service.
I ended up eating all my meals there over the 3 days our meetings were. Tried something different each time and each meal was very tasty and reasonably priced. The service was relaxed - meaning it wasn't slow or fast making eating not rushed but relaxing.
Charming, not busy noisy as most airport hotel area lounges can be.
The menu selection options could be more diverse and changing.
No real `Ooohhh, Aahhh! factor' but nonetheless a great place for quiet dinner with friends.
Food was great , I had the miso salmon. Was a great combination !
A solid in-hotel dining option. Appealing space, above average menu options.
We showed up on time and there was no table available. The staff was very unfriendly. Not willing to compromise. We left. Will not come back.
Do not make a reservation at this restaurant. When we arrived to the restaurant a group of six we were told by two different waiters that they did not take restaurant reservations for that evening because the restaurant was busy. I explained to them that I had an open table reservation and they That they could not possibly honor it. After asking for the manager three times he finally came to speak to us after we managed to find our own place to sit and explain to us once again that they didn’t take reservations For that evening as it was so busy I explain to them how extremely disappointed I was with the service as I did have a reservation with OpenTable and he took it upon himself to save a table with the help of another lovely waitress.
Once again you are taking a risk by reserving at this mediocre restaurant. I believe that OpenTable and the restaurant needs to sort things out. Most of the waiting staff at this restaurant were extremely unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever.
We had a reservation that was tough to accommodate with a neighbouring party reservation happening at the same time. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was a very high energy night and you could tell staff was juggling a lot but they were all highly professional and gracious and helpful. Food was great.
It is a pretty Standard Hotel restaurant. The meals are on par with a chain like Kelsey or Montana's.
We made a group reservation...I could see the server didn’t know until we arrived. Phil handled every detail with grace. At first he was a little stressed but I had given everyone a PDF of the menus in advance and told them time was of the essence so come with your meal choice in mind and ready to order when you sit. They did making this so ready for Phil. He was helpful, detailed and has a wonderful smile. We returned for dinner after the business meeting.
We had a reservation with open table when arrived at the restaurant was extremely busy no one really cared to guide us to a table.
Understaffed, slow, food came out at different times and food was not representative of what was on the menu (example: blackened chicken was not blackened)
Attached to the Delta Hotel this restaurant/ bar is top quality food and good atmosphere. Food is definitely elevated compared to others that are similar. Service is awesome.
We actually went to dinner earlier than our 8:30 pm reservation. First, there is no host/hostess. You sit where ever you would like, but this creates mass chaos for the wait staff as it appears they do not have assigned tables. We waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and then had two separate servers try to take our order. Second, atleast this night they had a very select menu with maybe 6 choices and were out of the tatertots that accompanied the sandwiches .The room service menu had more choices. The food was decent, but overpriced for what you got.
Food ok. Not easy to get to and parking instruction not great. Service could be friendlier.
Nice place to chillout for a drink and delicious meal.
