Last minute reservation, seated upstairs. Attentive for water and drinks. The. It went down hill. Steak was overdone, yakisoba was salty, one entree and sushi orders missing and never came. When brought to the waiter attention he went missing too. The portions where small, the chicken was dry and over salted , the fried rice was too salty. Drinks were fine, the homemade lemonade was small, no refills. As for entrees one maki (of the 5 ordered) and a nigiri roll was good, everything else had a problem. the price was not worth the value, the service was friendly but incompetent (they tried to serve food to the wrong table several times for example). This was our second time here, and we had high hopes for a devious udon ramen bowl and meal again but that did not happen. All in all I would avoid this place.

Always one of our favorite local places to eat. We usually bring friends and family here when they are visiting. The food is always delicious and love that there is not an overly huge menu. Everything is amazing! Service is always great, we love coming here! My favorites are the torched salmon and the monte vista roll.

Hard to judge a place when you book a reservation for lunch and you get there and they are closed. Would have appreciated it if they would have updated open table. It would have saved us the drive from Sedona.

The sushi is amazing! The rolls have so much flavor and there are so many good choices ! The steak in our noodle dish was perfectly cooked - I could have eaten a plate of that on the side ! We love all of the appetizers and the cocktails aren’t to be missed either. The service can be a little slow sometimes - but the seating areas are spread out. If you are in Flagstaff and craving sushi, this is a great option !!

We went there for a birthday celebration. The service was prompt and friendly. The miso soup was tasty albeit a little cool. The pork roll thingies that were like mini tacos were delicious. Happy hour for appetizers and drinks were a good bargain. Ambience was nice tables were spread at right distance so you could have a private conversation. Very nice place overall.

They were short staffed for holiday weekend. The bartender was new and didn't know how to make martinis. Our server Olivia was wonderful- she was overwhelmed from being short staffed, but was professional and made an effort to do the best she could given the circumstances. We appreciated her. Two of the plates were ordered to be without spice, but were spicy and had to be returned. I ordered fried rice as a substitution for white rice, but received white rice anyway. The guests who ordered sushi felt the rolls were too big in diameter to eat in one bite. Overall it was an underwhelming experience.

The issue was that we made a reservation at a restaurant that was closed that day. We have eaten there before and it's good, hence why we went back, but it's really annoying that the system allows you to reserve when the restaurant is closed.

Food arrived before beverages - twice since we had two courses. Server was pleasant but seemed to disappear for long periods. Flagged down a busser to go find him so we could pay our check. Music was a little distracting. Food was okay but the menu (which was different from the one shown here) seemed a little haphazard. Thought there would be more raw choices.
