   Food was fantastic! From start to finish! Our server was great. We would absolutely come back, but would prefer sitting on the main level, with the beautiful bar and all the action. Upstairs is much more quiet. Door man also ran to re direct our Uber. Exceptionally great service!

   My wife and I were very impressed! Even though the restaurant looks a little overwhelming in pictures, in person the place is inviting, warm and gorgeous. The food was outstanding and the service also. Our waiter was Josh, nice guy, very personable as my wife couldn't decided on the wine, he made it so easy and fun for us! Thank you LOUIX LOUIS, we'll be back!

   Our experience at Louix Louis was absolutely magnificent. Our waiter Lukas was friendly and helpful. All of us got the royal brunch menu and it was outstanding. The atmosphere at LL is exactly what we needed to be for a perfect Sunday brunch. Would definitely come again

    Good service, and pleasant atmosphere. Fried duck & waffle was tasty, but not overly generous portion for $42. Omelet was fluffy and satisfying albeit quite small. Coffee was excellent.

    The food was bang on average. we ordered filet mignon, the chicken, champignons de paris and truffle parm fries. oh and the king cake. It all tasted simply seasoned with nothing special to it. The King cake was the highlight. you pay for the ambiance, the food which totaled to $300 with tip wasn't really worth it

    Took my mom here for a treat and we loved the experience. It was both our first time. It was a seamless transition from appetizers to dessert. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. She even recommended her favourite for us to try and they are now our favourites too. I would return 🥹

    Food was very good. Service was not. Wine service was especially slow. Tried to order a second bottle of wine and it to the sommelier more than a half hour to get to the table and then we were done with dinner

    Simply Amazing from A to Z, the greater Camila was so welcoming, our server-Bartender Carlitos at the Bar with a big smile and super detailed oriented, definitely one our favorite places to go moving forward

    Very excited for this reservation as I flew out from Florida to try Louix Louis. I showed all my friends prior to arriving due to hearing good things about it only to be disappointed. It took me around 5 phone calls and one voicemail to finally have any sort of answer to be connected with the restaurant. Pamela who works within the reception area of the hotel had to help connect me twice was very kind and helpful. I had a Friday reservation initially but my flight into Toronto had been postponed, I asked if there was any flexibility to move it to Saturday to which the host stand told me they could move it earlier on Friday and that they do not have anything open until Sunday evening. Within minutes of ending the call, I checked open table to which there was a 6:45 and 8:45 available. Unsure as to why I would told nothing was available. When I arrived, I was sat at the bar when I had asked I was told it would be a bar table. I kindly asked the host stand if this entailed only the bar or are bar tables included to which she said yes to but they do not any available. Within the time we were there a majority of the tables were not sat. Overall, the food was decent, bartenders were very kind but service could have been better.. Also not sure if anything is done for birthdays at all here but it was never acknowledged at the bar.. again unsure if there is something is done or if the host stand needed to be one to communicate that to the bar. For being connected to the St. Regis, I had higher standards of Louix Louis that were unfortunately not met.

    Called the day before and was confirmed that we would not be sitting at bar even though the reservation said bar seating, the lady said bar seating meant the lounge seating and directed me to the pictures on the their site to where we would be seating. She assured me it would NOT be the bar. When we got there they said there must have been a miscommunication and that we are sitting at the bar and the whole place was reserved. We spent 2 hrs plus at the bar having dinner for Mother’s Day while half the place was empty and others being offered any seating they wanted. We would love to hear how Louix Louis decides who is offered seating and who is not. Carlos at the bar was outstanding and exceptional to us. 5 stars to him!

    Booked this for my parents to celebrate Mother's Day and we were really impressed! The food and service was incredible and great value for what we received. A bit disappointed there wasn't a better view and the Royal Brunch/Mother's Day Brunch was not able to accommodate a dairy allergy. Other than that, we were really happy with our choice to spend Mother's Day there!

    Royal Brunch was fun, not bad value and some dishes were very tasty in particular the crepes. Venue and space was gorgeous. Service was not bad, but slightly unusual/awkward as I think some of the service staff don't have that much experience working in a high-end space. I think they will improve with time and good coaching.

    Normally a good experience here as I’ve been quite a few times decided to take my mom for her birthday as my past visits have been exceptional but being seated 45mins after my reservation time when there was birthday notes in the booking made me a bit annoyed. We were told to stand in the very crowded foyer and wait, for that long of a wait we should’ve been offered seats at the bar. Also had to ask for bread service about halfway into our mains as I realized we never received any but all the tables around us did. Overall not a great experience on this visit a lot of misses.

    We were celebrating a friend’s birthday. Our servers were amazing, particularly Tarik! We were a party of 4 and experienced the Royal Brunch. It was exquisite! We also ordered the “King’s cake” which brought the experience “ over the top” in terms of celebratory!!! The cake created an excitement within the room, and , before you know it, the entire room was filled with a joyous energy! I have already sent photos and referrals to 2 friends. They offer a “ Queen’s Cake version as well. Thank you to the team for a delicious and fabulous experience.
