   La nourritures étaient bonnes parcontre ça fais deux fois que je vais avec un groupe de personnes pour un anniversaire et le service est super long. Ça prenais entre 45-1 heure avant d’avoir nos plats et du monde qui arrivaient avant nous avaient le temps de boire manger et payer avant qu’ont soient servis ce qui est vraiment désagréable.

   Excellent food, gorgeous atmosphere but terrible service which when dining at 8:30 on a somewhat slow night was unfortunate. Poor service was NOT a case in past and I recognized some of the service staff from past visits so it is strange how tonight they did not meet the same standards especially on a relatively quiet night. We were warned upon arrival that new chefs were being trained so our food might be delayed but that was not the issue, it was not a kitchen issue. The service staff were exceptionally slow exercising poor professional judgment i.e. clearing tables for customers who paid and left when no one was waiting to be seated despite our asking for our food that we could see waiting to be brought to our table. When we asked for a dessert menu, again the staff went to clear an empty table from previous diners, yet could not bring the menu so we waited and waited and waited so that by the time the staff brought the dessert menu we decided to go elsewhere. The idea that somehow clearing a table following customers’ who had paid in a nearly empty restaurant instead of bringing a menu for paying customers who were ready to order and pay for more food showed a lack of judgement. We wound up refusing to order dessert and went elsewhere for dessert.

    Très bon, mais les tables sont trop collées. Nous étions à environ 2 pieds de la table de gauche et environ 1 pied de la table de droite. La nourriture est vraiment bonne. Les prix sont un peu cher. Les lattés et mocha étaient vraiment long à arriver et deja tiede. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce qu'ils sont rester sur le comptoir trop longtemps ou que le lait n'avait pas été réchauffer, mais prochaine fois on va laisser faire surtout a 8$ la tasse! Et je ne sais pas à quoi ca sert de choisir si c'est pour une occassion special dans la réservation, vu que même si on a cliquer anniversaire de mariage, ca change absolument rien...

    Probablement dû à un manque de personnel mais le service a été vraiment pauvre, nous devions toujours demander d'aller vérifier si nos plats été prêts. Notre serveur du départ n'est jamais revenu nous voir malgré qui nous avait dit qu'il s'occuperait de nous. C'était toujours des serveuses différentes pour entrées, plats principaux et desserts. La première fois que j'avais visité ce restaurant c'était beaucoup mieux. Je vais retenter ma chance quand même une autre fois puisque la nourriture est vraiment excellentes.

    From the start we were not welcomed in an amicable way by the hostess who was the as well . We had to constantly look out for her to get her attention or served . We received our first appetizers after an hour . She never came by once to ask how we were enjoying our meal . While I still gave an 18% tip , my hopes that the restaurant shares the tips with the other staff who appeared to be more courteous when we asked for take out containers. Overall very poor . Definitely not going back to this location Dix30. In past , excellent experience at the Lov downtown Montreal .

    Good vegan eating but service is horrible … they are friendly but when 3 waiters serve you they get it all wrong PLUS the prices on my bill were more than on the menu and the waitress explained they didn’t adjust in the computer which is truely dishonest for a business !!     I have been to other Lov restaurants before and I was greatly disappointed with the slow service. Our bills were also wrong by the end. Even my reservation online didn’t actually make it through to their computer and they had to figure out a way to seat us.

    Nourriture & mocktail délicieux, comme d'habitude! Le service était un peu plus long (avant de recevoir les drink et les plats), mais il y avait beaucoup de monde pour peu de staff, donc je vous lève mon chapeau!
