An excellent place to eat! I can’t believe how above and beyond the servers go, how much management is concerned about your experience, and the genuine top notch quality of the food and wine. Overall this feels like a Michelin restaurant.

T=our meals were perfect. Our server was a little pompous. When we asked for a glass of just ice for our cocktails he was a little snooty. A good server would have said of course and brought a full glass of ice. When we ordered our second cocktail, he should have automatically brought a glass of just ice. Just found him too stuffy. The restaurant is lovely, the food terrific.

Amazing!! Loved that you could actually read the menus without having to use the flashlight from my cell phone. The food and drinks were excellent. Beautiful ambiance and great service! The staff were attentive. Definitely recommend Luca!!

Recently had dinner at LUCA- fabulous food, I think the best Pomodoro sauce I have ever had. Our server was excellent too and overall just a fabulous evening.

Another great dinner with our friends . Jeffery was very polite, entertaining and attentive. Food was delicious as always. Love the ambience!!!Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion. Thank you to the staff at Luca for a lovely evening.

We were very excited to try Luca and left feeling quite disappointed. The ambiance was lovely and the hostess staff were very professional. Based on our initial entrance, we thought that we were in for a lovely experience. That was not the case. The food was mediocre. I ordered the marinated mushroom bruschetta (6.5/10) and Brussels sprout salad (9/10). My mother in law ordered the mushroom fettuccine (3/10 as it was not creamy at all and tasted like chef boyardee). My fiancé ordered the agnolotti. This is the most comical part. Not only was the agnolotti cold, but it was not garnished and the size was embarrassingly small. When the server took it back to be heated up, his exact words were ‘yeah, this dish is unpredictable. It’s like they don’t mix the ingredients well enough and it’s always sent back because of it coming out cold’. He lacked professionalism and poise. Ultimately, the reason for my poor review is because of him. He was very scatterbrained. I found that I was unable to relax and enjoy the environment because he was frantically running in circles, tossing cutlery down on our table and not carefully placing them where they belong. His energy certainly made it hard to be present at dinner with my guests. The final note that I will add is that the table next to us evidentially had a very large bill. All of our servers attention went to them (of course, higher the bill, higher the tip - but a guest should NEVER feel this way). We had to ask other service staff for almost everything as he would walk past us without making eye contact. He didn’t acknowledge the women at our table throughout the night and after my mother in law took the bill, he made no attempt of making conversation with us. And once the transaction was complete, he left in silence. I am disgusted in his demeanour and utterly shocked that he is employed by such an establishment.
