   The service was excellent. The ambience was delightful. It certainly felt like a fine dining restaurant. I think that the mood of our group on a very hot summer night perhaps did not match the formality of the restaurant. The food itself was not memorable. I needed help in dismantling my lamb chops as there was some gristle but the meat itself was delicious. The kitchen helped me out on this! Thanks for that. Another guest ordered one of the pasta dishes and reported that there was way too much pasta for the amount of sauce. Overall, we felt the food was good but not memorable.

   Beautiful restaurant, certainly in the fine dining category. The upholstered seats are comfortable. The place has an art deco feel to it. The menu is just right. Curated to contemporary take on Italian cuisine. Tell tale sign of a good restaurant is the dessert menu. The desserts are traditional Italian but with a twist. Really well crafted and delicious and did not disappoint. I had the lamb chops, just delicious. My husband had the chicken and sous vide to perfection. My only recommendation for improvement is the music is a little loud, making people talk louder. Other than that a great restaurant for special occasions.

   We celebrated my husbands birthday yesterday evening at Luca. From the moment you walk in, the decor is absolutely stunning and the staff are friendly. Overall the staff go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. The food was a big highlight - we had the burrata salad, the fettuccine, and the bistecca Florentina. Every dish and every bite was so delicious, and we are big foodies, so this means a lot! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

    Service was well below subpar, inattentive server with little people skills and unwelcoming. Food was decent however if you are paying over $100 a person you would expect much better service. There are a lot better options and the over hype is real. Fleetwood however ( lounge by the same establishment) was absolutely fantastic, great vibes, fantastic atmosphere and great staff.

    The only issue was the espresso at the end of the meal was not hot. I told the watress and she was very nice about it and said it was from a type of Nespresso machine. They would be wise to invest in a ligit espresso machine. Everything else was fabulous 👌👏

    Wonderful experience at Luca from the time we arrived until we walked out the door. The reviews raved about the food and service and they were not wrong. Sylvia was a rockstar looking after us -personable, attentive, extremely knowledgeable. She had some recommendations for us and she hit it out of the park!

    Be Amazing date night with my husband. This was our first time dining at Luca; the elegant ambiance was welcoming, the food was beyond delectable. We love going out and trying different restaurants with high hopes but unfortunately we typically get let down, this definitely not the case with Luca. It was such a wonderful experience, probably one of our best ones yet. The service was on point, assisting ahead of you requiring it, but not over bearing. Our server Brian was incredible whom definitely elevated our dining experience as a whole. We are already taking about our next time dining here and we cannot wait. Thank you!

    Excellent in all areas… Highly recommended and will be going again. I’m not a huge fan of needing a visa to make the reservation though. This has kept me from going before 😟 And the friend I went with wouldn’t make the reservation himself based on it. The team might want to revisit this unusual requirement.
