   The food is always delicious! The tables need to be larger so people can share dishes. It felt cramp when we were trying to serve everyone the pasta dishes. Can't go wrong!

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Luca's which left me absolutely delighted. This hidden gem deserves nothing less than a glowing 5-star review! The wait staff is fantastic. We had the pleasure of having Monica and Casey as our waitresses and they were both 10/10. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The soft lighting, elegant décor, and charming Italian music playing in the background set the perfect stage for an unforgettable evening. The food is spectacular and will leave you satisfied. The pattat fritte is amazing and i always get the Bucattini pasta. We had the panna cotta and tiramisu for dessert which was also heavenly. Please stop by and enjoy as much as i did.

   This is my second visit to Luca Osteria and I will be back again. Service this second time not quite up to the standard set on my first visit, but still exceptional. We did wait a long time for the check, but food was delivered to each of the four of us as it was ready. I like that, as we shared everything. The food while being traditional, is exceptional, just a bit different in a savory way. I highly recommend you visit this little bit of Italy the next time you're in Coral Gables.

    Had a fantastic night, all of which couldn’t have been done without the help of Monica who assisted and guided us in making our selections for dinner.     Tremendous meal with family for Miami gathering. Mixed and matched wonderful appetizers. The patate fritte, grilled mushrooms, tuna caprese, and 600 day prosciutto were wonderful. And then we shared multiple pastas and the lamb shank and finished with a he pistachio semifreddo - out of this world. Service just wonderful. Well done!

    I have yet to dine at Luca and be unimpressed or disappointed. Everything is exceptional. Not only the food and the cocktails which are always on point, unique and incredibly delicious but the service is 5 stars. Warm, personal, friendly & ACTUAL PERSONALITIES & CHARACTER. I feel like they are friends by the end of every meal. That sort of additional touch is what makes a meal an experience. I leave happier than when I came, and the server suggestions are always spot on. This for me is one of the best restaurants in Miami.

    The experience once we got past the hostess was great. She wasn’t very welcoming. We almost left because we were 5 minutes past the grace period for our reservation. Mind you, there were plenty of tables available and the bar was empty. Someone should teach her hospitality 101. Once I requested to speak to the manager she sat us down without a problem. There was no need for her to be so rude and almost unwilling to honor our reservation. Granted, we were a few minutes late, but you always try to accommodate. Im glad we didn’t leave. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Hope this helps.

    I visited Luca Osteria for my birthday dinner and it was beyond perfect. From the hostess to the very attentive servers. The food was exceptional, as were the drinks and dessert. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

    Went there with my girlfriend recently. We had the wild mushrooms, half chicken (came with a caesar salad), and cacio e pepe. The mushroooms were just oyster mushrooms -- that's not wild to me. I have been to other places which served shitake mushrooms as wild which is also untrue. It was ok -- not bad and not great. The cacio e pepe was also ok -- not great. The chicken was also ok -- not great. The best thing was the caesar salad, which was light and crunchy and fresh. I know restaurant prices have gone up, especially in Miami, but the price was high in my opinion for what you got. Not sure I would go back on purpose especially when there are other great options around in Coral Gables. For instance, Zucca -- also pricey but the food is excellent. The service at Luca was good though.

    Chef Giorgio is incredible. Every dish was amazing and he came out to thank us a couple times for visiting. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. One of the best South Florida dining experiences bar none. 5 stars and a perfect 10.

    My favorite Italian in Miami is Il Gabbiano, but that's partly due to it's gorgeous setting and ambience. But the best pasta in town is at Luca. Also the chicken is probably best in the city. We sat outside because we are elderly and can't do noisy dining -- and our guests from Broward LOVED the place. Well done!
